where is the answer for supplements as I can't see it here :( Also I can't see anything under the nutrition links for pre workout snack etc
There seams to be a problem with the YouTube iframes that are embeded throughout the site and some browsers. So, am i correct in assuming that you dont take whey protein at all, pre or post workout? I do but i am considering going off it as i have a suspicion that it could be why i am not getting as lean as i would like and might not need it at all. I currently take whey before and after my workouts.
Hey hey, Z! I have a solution for you of not using fish oil supplement! (ground) Flax seeds have omega 3 and mega 6 ! i just found out! and the best thing about them is that you can put them into all of your recipes because it doesnt have any taste but has a lot of proteins and carbs! it is so awesome isnt it?
