ZWOW # 46 Tight Space Workout – Time Challenge
Hi WarriorZ,
This workout is great for anyone who has been discouraged in the past from doing a workout due to a very little space. I did this workout in a small hallway, and it was great. As long as you can lay down your exercise mat, you should be fine. This workout is short so push yourself hard as always to get all of the benefits out of it.
Here is the breakdown:
One Leg Walk out Burpee – 5 reps on each leg
Side Lunge Jump with Weights – 30 reps
Side Plank Knee Tuck – 10 reps on each side
Complete 3 rounds as fast as you can keeping a good form!

This was great! One leg walkout burbee was my fave! =D I used 4 kg dumbbels to jump sidelunges, really good cardio like Zuzka said. My time 12 min 12 sec. Time just flew! =D

12.24min.(with some troubleshooting on the middle), using about the same amount of weight as you.Loved the one leg walkout burpee and the side plank knee lift. My heart rate also speed up a lot ! :)

Found out my right hand is stronger than my left hand :D Side planks were killing me :D I used 3kg weights and time 12:51... it is true I could do faster but I was focusing on the form very much, need to beat the time next time :))) Great as always Zuzka ☺ Greetings from the Czech Republic ♥

Hi zuz! I need help!! Ive done the last 3 zwows and i have a big problem!! Ive got so out of shape that im seriously sore for like 3 days after and its impossible to work out! Is there anything you can suggest to make it easier when starting out ? Maybe longer breaks or just tough it out till it gets better?? Thank you so much! Zuzka! I just finished this workout. It was great. I was wondering if you could make a warm-up and cool-down video like you did with bodyrock. It’s really hard to find those videos and I used to do them before and after each of my workouts. ☹ Also, are you still suggesting that we do skipping after each workout? It would be great to see a video were you show all the different ways to skip rope and how we should be doing cardio with your workouts. :D Finally, I can't make my text in this box big enough to see what I’m typing. Could you fix the box so the text looks bigger when we type. Thanks!
Hi Brittany, I will do a warm up and cool down for you guys soon. The skipping is up to you. I haven't been skipping after my workouts in a long time. Many people can't jump rope or go jogging outside, and that's why I decided to put together cardio dvd series for those who want to do cardio in their living room. The box is one of the things that we are still working on. This website is a work in progress, it needs some fixes and it will be growing and improving over time. Thanks for an amazing WO!!! I'm back to your workouts after a breaks of almost two months committed only to yoga. A little slower on my time but finally able to do the whole workout doing regular one legged push-ups!!!! Hope to keep on alternating this amazing workouts with my yoga practice. Thank you!!!!
Hi Zuzka, Why people find it impossible to cut and paste words on these pages because the text is converted to images. Hi Zuzka I have finally tried one of your workouts #46 wow what a challenge I had trouble with the side plank knee tuck I kept lossing my balance, but I will keep trying need to strengthen my core. Great site I'm taking you on my christmas holidays to keep in shape. :) x
Hi Zuzka, Yesterday it was my third day with this workout and in the 3rd round I felt a sharp pain on my shoulder. Should I call a day off and try it again tomorrow? I exercise everyday but perhaps I was not paying attention to the proper form. What can you advice?

Did this in a little over 11 minutes, and my sides were sore for days from the side plank knee tucks. My new favorite oblique exercise!

I did this workout yesterday and it just killed me...my sweat was everywhere...Loved it! I fell off the wagon for several weeks now...and am really willing to come back to my form that I had not so long time ago. I also can't wait for your DVDs!!! I really want to slim down my legs and need a little help with that

Did this one in 11.15min. Always when i get better time than zuzana i feel i did something wrong :D well but i really did push my self :)
15:30. I did the squats 15 on each leg at a time because I have no cordination to jumb and change legs during the workout. lol.
tried the workout and so proud of myself as i finished it. did not time myself as i am focussing on just getting the proper form and of course complete the workout--now getting my girls at school to join in and together improve our fitness. once again thanx you amazing

First time I did this workout 17.1 and my time was 11.15min, today at 12.3 I did this one again and my time was 9,09! I really pushed my self today bc my goal was to beat my old time!
