ZWOW #1 Time Challenge
This was my first Zwow ever. It is a time challenge which means that your goal is to complete this workout as fast as you can by just pushing through each exercise and taking minimum breaks in between. This workout took me 24 minutes and 3 seconds. That was in January 2012 right after a long break from working out and paying attention to my diet. So this was me not being in the best shape. It’s important to realize that once you fell off the wagon, it will take some time to catch up so you have to be patient with yourself. Once I became more consistent with my workouts and went slowly back to healthy eating habits, I felt great again in just a few weeks.
I did this workout once more – ZWOW #30 – to beat my time which the whole purpose of these time challenges. You always try to beat your old score even if it’s just by 10 seconds. This way you push yourself hard each time and avoid plateau in your training. My new time for this workout is 17 minutes and 40 seconds.
Now it is up to you to push against my time and try to beat me
