I have been a follower of your for years, but recently lost track of you during your transition to Zwow. I'm so glad I found you again! This workout KICKED MY ASS. I was pushing myself so hard, and was super excited because I actually got farther than Zuz did before my timer rang - then I realized that I never even set it. But I got an extra round in! Totally dripping with sweat. Thank you!!
Hi zuzana!~ I have followed your workouts for 3 or 4 years now and I absolutely love them! they have changed my life :) anyway a long long time ago you said on bodyrock that you would do a coffee talk about your skin care routine. Could you still do one? :) thanks!
Checking out the new site! Excited I can post on your page. I did this workout yesterday as a cardio finisher. It's a killer! One of the hardest ones yet! I modified the reptiles with scorpio push ups (like a reptile shoulder press) because of a small injury, and got 2 rounds plus 20 dragon kicks and 2 jump lunges (the other day I got 2 rounds plus 20 dragon lunges and 20 jump lunges). Keep 'em comin!

Love the new site! I can see everything from my computer but no videos from my iPad:(. Can you help me figure it out? I love working out with you & rely on the iPad in my rec room to do it! Interesting nice site. I'm the weird one who came here to see what commenting platform your using. I've seen FB before, but this was different. Interesting for sure. Anyway yay new site. Hopefully you keep it updated and everyone motivated with it. Hopefully some posts are just photo diet posts too that would be awesome.

I remember the first workout I did of yours, from way back when it was on the roof of an apartment Malta! and now you've got your own site! so crazy proud and excited for all this is going to let you do :) hoping to get back to some more coffee talks and recipes! Learning about your new site made my day!! Zuzka, you're the best. You have made me a workout addict. I love working out with you: love the intensity, the variety and the fun part you put in your workouts. Who could have thought I would be looking forward to my workouts while I was almost dreading them before. I have to literally force myself to take a rest day every week ;) I am so grateful I found you! It has been 2 1/2 years that I have been working out with you. I would love if you could include some of your workouts with bodyrock here to. I am not sure if you are allowed to.... It is just nice to have one site on which you have all the good stuff and I love going back to your older BR routines ;) Keep rocking!
Btw, your new site looks great! Congrats! The dark background makes it super professional: love it! I also like that it is required to login with Facebook: everyone has a picture associated with their name/picture which makes it look nicer :)

I love this site!!!! Really exciting and sooo happy for you !!! This workout was soooo hard, especially the pike jumps killed it. After the 10 minutes I was jelly all over, loved it!!!!
Hola Zu. Me gustan tus entrenamientos, pero la pagina no está del todo bien. La foto de ti aqui con shorts rojos es demasiado clara para ese fondo tan oscuro, y los zwow, a mi me gusta verlos a pantalla completa y no e visto ningun icono para ello. Por lo demas, la organizacion de la pagina, no esta mal. Se entiende para gente como yo, que no sabe mucho ingles. pero cambiaria el fondo, o la foto, que eso se ve en todo momento. Un saludo!

First, let me start by saying CONGRATULATIONS for getting your website finally. I know that it has taken a lot of time & effort to create something so inspirational. I have been following you a long time long before you created BR (I don't even know how long it's been...LOL) & I have to say that you have changed my life. My workouts are SO much more interesting than just weight lifting. And my body really appreciates the diversities & challenges your workouts offer. LOVE your bodyweight only workouts. On hectic days like today when I can't workout in the AM before work I was still able to do this workout on my lunchbreak and get in my workout for the day. Thanks for helping me fit healthy exercise into my day!
