Yes! Finally the site is here! I love it! We don´t celebarate Thanksgiving in my country, but I still wish happy Thanksgiving to all WarriorZ and to lovely Zuzka! Our independence day is actually coming in a couple of weeks; I´ll have my special dinner then. =D

Love the site! I know you're still getting things set up, but it would be awesome if in the future you could put up on the post the actual workout so you could quickly read it and not have to watch the video. Sometimes it's hard when I'm at work or something, or when I just quickly want to refresh my memory about a workout (since I usually do them over and over). Thanks! I'm shopping for a workout now! :)

I followed your pace and at the end I completed a third round in 19 minutes and 02 seconds using a 10lb dumbbell! Thank you so much....I love you with all my heart! You have given me my precious life back!

I've just done this workout and it's definitely one of my faves now :) and yet it's the first workout I did along with you and loved this way of training a lot! I really tried to follow you in the workout, no excuses! thanks for inspiration!

Yep! I had half a bowl of rice pudding (which I love!) for breakfast before hitting this (thanks to these workouts one is able to do this little sins once & a while ;)) 13.31min. using same amount of weight ;) (P.S: not that short actually; you have shorter workouts. Just feels a little short because is not as tiring as usual, and also only has 2 rounds :))

Hi Zuzana. This is so great, congrats on the new site! I had a small suggestion that may or may not be possible. It would be awesome if we could sort the workouts by whether or not they required the use of weights. If I do your workouts at the gym, then it doesn't matter but if I am working out at home, I don't have any weights and so have to try to remember or search through for one that is bodyweight only. So if there was some way to sort or search based on needed equipment, that would be great. Congrats again!
Great video, love every part of it! I think it's one of the best workouts you've done. Maybe because there was no burpees ;) Keep on doing what you do and stay positive! Thank you for being such inspiration for me!

Dear Zuzka, I follow you since 2010 and i love what you do: workouts, motivation, nutrition... everithing, you're such a kind and strong person. I never miss a ZWOW or whatever exercize and you're one big reason that is so. Thank you for your great effort and love you put into all this. i love the site too, but here's some suggestion to make it even better : it would be great if workouts would be organized by equipment (bodyweight or dumbells etc), duration, AMRAP or timechallenge or intervals and so on. Please give this consideration:) thank you!! see you in next zwow ;)

I completed 3 rounds 13:05! I love the new website. I agree with some of the other posts as a consideration for the future to have a selection process by type of workout (ie AMRAP, timed).

Great workout Zuzana! It seemed so easy during tutorial and I started off really strong but, I soon realized this workout is a killer for your abs! I used a 2 liter bottle of soda driving the point home within myself that this substance is a huge obstacle in my goals for a lean and toned self. Hey Zuzka!! I just wanted to tell you how awesome you are. I was able to keep up with this workout with just one modification to the burpee. I suffer from MS and had a really bad relapse this last summer and lost a ton of weight because of it. I was working out with you everyday up until that unfortunate event. Anyhow, I'm back at it. You keep me super motivated. Whenever I finish a workout, I'm dripping sweat and want more. thanks for all that you do for us. XOXO
Hello Zuzana, I am so happy for your new blog! I had followed you since march 2010. Unfortunatelly I wasn't very compliant for the last year. Nursing school became very demanding and trying to have a balance between my house kids and school didn't let me have time for myself. I have done this workout for the last two days. It has been amazing! I started with Bodyrock tv, but their workouts have gotten way too complicated and using equipment i don't have. i love your simplicity but effective style! Thanks! and i really need to get one of those pink shirts! love them! :)
Hi Zuzana, Could you please put on a new warm up routine. I keep going back to the one you had on your previous site, and that doesn't make me happy, but that's the only one I've got. Just something of that kind, but on your site would be super helpful. Congratulations on your new site. You're awsome and I hate you every time I do your workouts ;)

you are a real inspiration Z. Started my fitness plan today-real beginner. WOW it was tough _did ZWOW #14 and could only manage 3 rounds in a time 14min using 3kg weights(6,6pnds).....will attemp again and aim to do all 5 rounds. Burpees hard to do though as it real new to me. Just love the workouts ...a real sweat builder
