ZWOW #51 – Preview
Hi WarriorZ,
This week I have a workout that combines strength training, cardio, and stretching. Stretching is something I want to start focusing on again, because I believe that it will benefit all of us and it will be a great addition to our intense training. Your homework is to watch this video, and get familiar with the exercises so that you are prepared for Thursday when I post this workout.

This is the first time I've seen this issue, I accidentally did this too with a recent YouTube upload. I wonder why Carol Rinas has her panties in a bunch though, this hasn't been an issue before with the vids.
Why..? Why do women always feel the need to post pics of themselves like this? It makes me sad. You'd looks just as fit and inspirational in a less suggestive pose.
Lol @ Katie...yea I agree, it'll be working in time for everyone to workout tomorrow. She has plenty of workouts for people to do. I did one from 2010 today :)

@ Charlene Sparks Contreras, I don't really see anything wrong with her pictures... at Bodyrock.tv they still shoot in a more promiscuous way, she's just making poses, they are not shooting her butt or breasts... sounds pretty lame so much criticism. Even if I had the same thought, I would keep it to my self, nobody would change because of your opinion anyway..!
It's up in youtube now... I believe it's a youtube problem.
@Charlene Sparks Contreras: For this Z's picture, I don't have problem. What I am seeing is just how her workouts worked for her body. I even saw that effects on my own body. Well, it's all depends to one's person mind if they see the photo in the other way. Not for us who loves the pain and get rewards later by showing off your progress. No offense. Just my own opinion. :)

@ Heather Hupp Faast - There are 50 workouts now that you can view either on Facebook, YouTube and/or here. I train using the workouts I enjoy the most but I do shape things up weekly by changing the workout, so you're body is not getting accustomed to the HIIT. I hope that helps, answer your question. @ Everyone - I am able to see the video preview here and on YouTube. I', wondering if its your PC/Laptop settings, or just a glitch and/or area zone thingy. I just love your only body weight workout! I have couple of weights but do not have sand bag or Ugi Ball. I cannot afford to buy them. Thank you so much for great only body weight workouts!
Carole Rinas I feel honored that we have an Awesome trainer thats willing to post FREE quality videos on youtube. Its a glitch....be patient. Every week I know by Friday morning the video will be there waiting for me :-D. Until then we have 50 FREEEEEE.....;-) videos to choose from!!!!!!!!!

Hello Zuz, I have tried to you reach you numerous times left my contact information still no word, I am beginning to get really impatient and feel like I'm being ignore. Your site kept declining my order but in actually my money was taken from my card over 6 times, I tried to contact you on that SKYPE number no answered, email no answered, FB same, twitter same, I am very disappointed no one has even contacted me from your team to sort this issue out for me, I know you busy and all I am a supporting customer and fan, although my friends think I have been SCAM! Hi, Zuzana! I love your workouts and the way you share them with us. You are such an inspiration! I wanted to ask in wich way to workout 1) 1 workout per week ( 5-6 days) or 2) every day new workout?> this is how I do it until now.
