Burpees Everywhere – Sycamore Cliff
Jesse and I spent this weekend at his cabin by the Sycamore cliff and decided to do a Burpee everywhere video for you guys and encourage you to do the same thing whenever you go to some place that you think is fun, cool, or beautiful. Speaking for myself, I get way more excited about traveling and going places when I have a goal of shooting a Burpee video that I can share with you. If you are the kind of person that has to have a purpose in order to leave home and go for a little trip, here you have it. Burpees Everywhere!

Hi Zuzana, I just ordered your new DVD series and I can't wait for it to arrive! I do have a question though and not sure where to ask you questions. My question is how have you achieved such muscle tone? I've been trying to define my arms for a while and still struggling. Should I add more weights in addition to your workouts? I would love any input you have! Thank you so much!

I love this video. You always make me smile, Zuz...you always keep me coming back for more. Oh, I've finished month 1 of the ZCUTs. Yay! :) I think I will start doing burpees videos...sounds fun.
