ZWOW #52 – Workout Preview
Hi WarriorZ,
In this workout preview you can see what is coming on Thursday at 5pm PST. We’re going to do another workout together so I want you to get ready for it. By Thursday you should practice each exercise that I have explained in this video so that you know the proper form and easier variation of the difficult exercises in case that you are a beginner. I will have the workout breakdown for you on Thursday when I post the workout video.
P.S. Check back tomorrow, I will post a video about portion sizes and caloric intake for those of you who need a help with that. We have to get you on the right path ![]()

Zuzana, I feel so dorky because I do feel like a cool kid for being able to do pistol squats like you :D I impressed a few people, too :D The thing with me, I have to wear shoes when doing the pistols, so my ankles are supported.
I was wondering, if it all possible to have your workout to come out at a consistent time on Thursdays? Please know that I am grateful for your wonderful workouts, I just don't know when to expect them. Or perhaps, include the workout format on the preview. Hope you will consider. Thank you, Zuz! You are my inspiration.

I remember "back in the day" you were so cool to do a burpee for Erin. I thought it would be super cool if you could start doing a burpee in every video for people battling cancer!
Today was going to be a easy day first in a couple of weeks. Was just going to consist of an hour of bo staff training and extra house cleaning. After seeing your preview I can't skip my normal Zwow workout when I have so much extra energy. Thanks for the extra inspiration Z :)

I've been working out with you almost 2 years now and still can't do a dang pistol squat. So, that's my resolution this year, at 47, to be a cool kid and do an awesome Pistol Squat!!
Love your workouts. When ZWOW 52 comes out Thursday, are you supposed to do this workout 5 times during the week until the ZWOW 53 comes out, or are you supposed to mix up your ZWOW workouts during the week?

Hey Z! i have a random question. I am a right handed person and i do alot of things with my right hand so i guess that's my strongest hand, but i'd like to have both hands strong even! How do i do it?? is it the same with u??
I live in Pennsylvania and for some reason I don't get the workout until Friday. I don't mind because I love all your workouts I was just curious as to why this is?

Is there a modification for pistol squats? I can't even do 1 :(.
Hi going to try these exorcizes now, Just going to use interval time and repeat. After thinking about it for some time I discovered this website a couple of months ago. I have decided to defect from bodyrock in favor of your workouts. I don't fine them as good as they use to be, less body-weight exorcizes and so much equipment needed :-( your old videos are what got me into bodyrock anyway, you are the original :-) Also live in Europe and goint to buy your DVD's from Amazon.com they provide international shipping :-)
