In this workout preview you can see what is coming on Thursday at 5pm PST. We’re going to do another workout together so I want you to get ready for it. By Thursday you should practice each exercise that I have explained in this video so that you know the proper form and easier variation of the difficult exercises in case that you are a beginner. I will have the workout breakdown for you on Thursday when I post the workout video.

P.S. Check back tomorrow, I will post a video about portion sizes and caloric intake for those of you who need a help with that. We have to get you on the right path ;)
