Lose Weight – Follow My Diet
Hi WarriorZ,
We have only 2 weeks before we start the ZCUT Power Cardio program together, so I want to make sure that I have given you enough information about the diet and the eating habits that will support your training efforts. I have a strong believe in my exercise program, however I am very much aware that any exercise program is not going to be the enough to bring your the results that you are looking for. Diet will play a big role and I want you to succeed, so I decided to share with you what I eat on a daily basis for the entire week starting on Monday, January 28. I will be posting photos of my meals on Instagram and by the end of the day I will post all of the photos here on my Nutrition blog. I am very excited about coaching you through the exercise program and I just really want to see your awesome before and after pictures!

Hey Zuzka, just wondering how often you work out thourgh out the week....3, 4 or 5 times per week? I hve been following you since before you started your own site....and always admire being fit, and how you keep yourself fit . I want that too. So, what do you recommend for someone who is in and out....obviously I NEED MORE DISCIPLINE> I want to stick with something. Just so you know, I really appreddiate you, and you are such a go getter....its inspiring. Bless your heart.

Hey Zuzka! I first want to let you know that you truly are an inspiration and I appreciate everything you do. I have some questions/concerns for my own diet /exercise. I am very consistent with my workouts but find myself struggling to see major results and I know it's from my diet. I workout at night after work, is it bad for me to eat/ drink a protein drink before bed? Or do you think it would be more beneficial for me switch my workouts to the morning? :)
I know you travel a lot and I need help in the vacation area. I'm going to Disneyland in May. I have found ways to eat semi healthy while there in a hotel and in the park. But whenever I come back home I feel like my whole pattern was lost and struggle to find that balance I had prior to vacation. What are some tips you can recommend on eating healthy and keeping up your routine while on vacation?
