Lose Weight – Follow My Diet
We have only 2 weeks before we start the ZCUT Power Cardio program together, so I want to make sure that I have given you enough information about the diet and the eating habits that will support your training efforts. I have a strong believe in my exercise program, however I am very much aware that any exercise program is not going to be the enough to bring your the results that you are looking for. Diet will play a big role and I want you to succeed, so I decided to share with you what I eat on a daily basis for the entire week starting on Monday, January 28. I will be posting photos of my meals on Instagram and by the end of the day I will post all of the photos here on my Nutrition blog. I am very excited about coaching you through the exercise program and I just really want to see your awesome before and after pictures!
