So you dont recomment doin any one of your ZWOWs through out the week like 5 times in a row to switch the wo the next week?
Where Can I found you workouts... as much as possible reps in 15 minutes?
I just done zwow # 41, second time I did it (first time was in the beginning of November 2012) and I beat my time with a little bit more than 3 minutes! :-) It's very motivating to keep track of the time or reps, and actually see improvement over time! :-)
i just want to ask you that when you will start zcut then those who donot have zcut dvds whether they will be able to learn some exercises from those videos or not???? the videos which you upload are they enough to get in shape in the same way as you are???? and the diet you recommend is enough to have body figure like yours????
i am from India whether you deliver zcut dvds in India or not and if not then when you will start shipping those dvds in India??
That would me amazing to have a monthly calendar plan!! it's difficult to mix them up in order to find a balance week. Some Zwow are more lower body others are more upper body or total body workout...Thank you Zuzka for what you do and share your passion with us!!!!xxx
Zuzka I'm with you for over 2 years, I am in great shape, but I'd like to put on weight, I mean, get those muscles bigger. Should I just eat more and do zwows? Can you help? Thanks for all. Karolina:)
What did you do different when you had to lose those extra pounds from last year? Calorie counting? Carb cycling? Extra workouts?
do we better do the workout at morning or at night? will the result be different? which way is better?

Hi Zuzka,i have 2 questions, i have like a year and a half working out at the gym, i´m skinny, and the reason i do gym its because i want to gain mass especially in my legs but i spend like 2 hours everyday and sometimes its boring, so my first question is, do you thing if i star doing your zwow, i wont lose the muscle i have gained?, and the second question is, zwow is working of the week, could i do the same zwow for the week and be changing every week or i have to mix the zwow every day? thankiu!! you´re amazing!

Hi Zuzka!! My question is”Why do I get extremely cold after I work out” I work out at home do my stretching then get right in the shower. 15 min later I am so cold. Any advice.

I was wondering about the ZWOWs and incorporating them in the ZCUTs. I looked at the calendar and decided to do the weekly ZWOW on one of the days off since there's 2 per week.

So i am not the only one who is confused about how to use zwows. Do one special zwow one week 5 times or 3 times, and another the other 2 days? Im not sure. Tried one zwow, was sore and went on doing this one zwow. Is this useful???
Claudia-- I've followed Zuz since 2010, kind of off and on, and have really enjoyed the workouts. But as 2013 started getting closer (as well as my 50th bd!) I decided to kick it up a notch. So,here's what I do...and it seems to follow Z's advice when pieced together: I started with ZWOW #1 back in late Dec., and just progressed daily through the ZWOW's. I watch/learn a new one probably 5 times a week on average. Occasionally, I repeat the last one if I'm in a rush and don't have time to watch the video first. I'm now on #39 -- did it this morning! This method has kept my interest level high and provides the most variety in a given week's worth of workouts. When I "catch up" to Zuz (probably some time in the mid-60's), I'll just start over using the same system, but incorporating the new ZWOW each week. I'm a firefighter in Dallas, and have been trying to stay healthy my whole life -- but absolutely nothing has kept me as motivated and positive long term as the Zuz! I wish you the best!
Hi Zuzka, I love your workouts and have been doing them for about a year. I have a question about arms and shoulders. When I started, I couldn't do 1 regular pushup (did them on my knees instead). Now I can keep up with all of your workouts doing regular PUs (Yay!) I also use weights in the ZWOWs where you include them. What I have noticed is that my arms are more toned and I have small biceps. I look at your arms and shoulders and it looks like you have significantly more muscle than I do. Is this something that just comes from years of doing ZWOWs? Or do I need to incorporate heavier weights? I'd love to have arms that are more "buff". Thanks for the feedback! Best, Wendy
Hi Zuzka, My question for you is what does your workout week consist of? I weigh 115lbs and would like to weigh 125lbs and to have a body looking like yours. Is one zwow a day enough along with a good diet? Or is more involved? I started your workouts at the beginning of January and have noticed a slight difference.Im able to keep up and want to know if I need more to acheive what I want? Thank you for your time, Esther
Hi Zuzka, you are amazing and a great inspiration! I'm following you since 3 years and always saw you giving everything. When you do and recommend to work out every day, is there not a danger of overtraining? I've read recently quite often to take a break of few days after 4-6 weeks training. And it makes sence to me, that the muscles need time to repair and grow without being triggered. What leads me to the 2nd question, do you split the days of your workouts in training preferably lower and upper body or are you always doing the full body? Since you post only one WO per week it is not clear for me. Thank you for everything you are doing and keep it up! You ROCK!
Zuzka, if I decide to workout 5 days a week, is it better to have 2 days off straight in a row or split them by working out days? (;

Hi Zuzka and all warriors! actually I think this is not the best place where to put my little story and question but frankly I didn´t find better place where to post it ... I followed Zuzka for long time and I felt perfect. My body wasn´t perfect (because I love Slovak and Czech national food which are not too healthy at all :) but my soul was happy... I was happy and relaxed after each workout. But in June 2012 something happened with my wrist. In short I can´t transfer the full weight of my body to the right wrist. That mean no burpees, no push up, and etc. In fact it meant no workouts for half year. My wrist is not better nowadays and I don´t think it will be better one day again .... Just please do not misunderstand me. This is not tragedy. It´s just something I have to learn live with. Tragedy is that I don´t know how to combine single excercises from workouts to reach same effect like before :) I miss my peace and good mood which workouts always gave me. Zuzka, can you help me? Or has any of you any idea how to help me? Thanks a lot. Lenka

Lenka - One of the best things you can do to rehabilitate your wrists is to build strength in your wrists. Here is a really good exercise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AvPdinHA2eU There are a lot more on YouTube!

I'm sure you get this question all the time... but how many minutes do you work out every day? I seem to spend hours at the gym but I'm not even close to your physique! Also, how many calories do you try to consume? I've done P90X twice now, and can never seem to eat enough to keep up with the workouts. I'm a small person, but trying to finally bypass my genetic disposition.
Hi Zuzka and all veteran warriors, I found this site only a little over two months ago, and these workouts are precious, awesome. Although, I can't do the pistol squats! Can you please suggest some exercises to include in my daily workouts to increase balance and knee strength to do pistol squats? I exercise on and off for like the past 10 years or so, (so took a couple of months to get into any proper shape to do these ZWOWs), still I was not a total wreck hehe... Any suggestions to help me to build strength to do proper pistol squats is welcome with thanks. and... Zuzka, thank you for all the wonderful workouts! :D
