Nutrition is a key element when it comes to health and fitness so I spend quite a bit of time to search for recipes that are healthy and delicious at the same time. 1/2 onion
1 cup of mini portobello `mushrooms
about 3-4 cups of leafy greens like spinach and arugula
1 handful of cashew nuts
curry
salt
pepper
parsley
cilantro
fresh lime
