Roasted Cauliflower and Mushrooms Salad Recipe
I hope that you guys are still keeping up with the Zcut Power Cardio program. I am now in Month #2 week #2 and Im loving it.
Nutrition is a key element when it comes to health and fitness so I spend quite a bit of time to search for recipes that are healthy and delicious at the same time. I believe that I can convince just about anyone that eating healthy does not mean sacrificing taste. I hope you will enjoy this recipe. I loved it.

1/4 head of cauliflower
1 cup of mini portobello `mushrooms
about 3-4 cups of leafy greens like spinach and arugula
1 handful of cashew nuts
