Workout Plan for WarriorZ
Hi WarriorZ,
I have been telling you guys how important it is to be consistent with your training if your goal is to actually do any progress whether it means to lose weight or tone up. Luckily for us, our training sessions are not longer than 30 minutes if you are counting the warm up, cool down, and stretching. Also having the ability to do your workouts at home makes things really easy.
So here is my game plan for this week starting tomorrow:
Monday

ZWOW #62 – Best Butt Workout. The reason why I pick this workout is because we are not done with our glutes and hams. This is going to be our last butt week so we should get as much as we can out of it.

Thank you so much for creating short effective workouts that i can do at home and cheaply. Being a full time students and working makes it so difficult to workout. But you make it so much easier. Thank you for the positive vibes you send into my life.
I know how you feel about consistency and commitment to being strong and fit. I plan my workouts and commit to them by putting them on my wall calendar by the month (with a little wiggle room LOL). Then they are as much a part of my day as picking up my son from school. And as an extra bonus, when I'm done, I give myself a sticker as a visual reminder that I did another one. Seeing a months worth of stickers is pretty satisfying. Almost as satisfying as looser pants!

Hi Z, your daily plan is a nice example of thinking ahead. Instead of making room for an excuse to not do our workout, we're alerted to ready our diet, mind and heart to be in the best frame of mind to get the most out of our exercise. Today, though.. I'm in that 50 kettlebell swing because.. it's too late for my workout and it's an ice cream kind of day for me. .. with healthy nuts, coconut, seeds and grains on it, of course. Listen to me.. sigh.. yes. .. I just made an excuse, howEVER - it was being able to navigate the kitchen tools better which motivated me to following your workouts. So. That's it! ;D

Thanks for posting your workout. Just wondering do you add anything else to your workout? Like do you do weights at the gym or any sort of running? You have an amazing body it's hard to believe that you don't add any weight sessions and just the I always follow you rework outs and love them but I'm sure you yourself must do other things other Thant hiit workouts

This is great. It helps to have a plan and now I can pretend that you are my workout buddy. Maybe one day I will finally be able to say I have the body I have been working hard for. We are getting there. It feels like it is slowly, but it is getting there.

I really want those selections I will stick to doing a ZWOW until I get more workout equimpment! I want to stay in shape and lose a few pounds so I going to do my best with what I have.

Loving your workouts...I feel great! Just wondering what I'm doing wrong because when I work butt and glutes my back gets sore. Am I not holding my abs in tight enough? I don't feel like I'm getting the workout where I'm supposed to when working these areas. Any suggestions??? Thank you. You're amazing!
just love all yoour workouts. i feel a new person , stronger and fitter. Now i need to focus on my nutrition again .being stressed caused me to go off track with my eating habits. the butt workouts are amazing i am enjoying them thoroughly. thanx again zuzka
this is great! love this post. I needed the reminder to be consistent and I love that you have a workout for every day of the week. I believe in taking one or two day's off from training, but it is important to keep moving even on rest days. Thank you Zuzka! Keep up the awesome work you do. SUGGESTION: Can you make a meal plan/with recipe tutorial's as one of your ZCUT DVD's? Thank you!!!

Awesome to see your weekly plan! I just received my zcut DVDs and am excited to get some extra training in to help my Roller Derby skills. All the burpees from your other workouts have made a great difference in my ability to get up quickly after falling which is a necessity in this sport! Thanks for your dedication to sharing your fitness knowledge with us.
