I have always been healthy and have always worked out, but I had been getting pretty bored with my workouts. I am so grateful to you for providing such an amazing resource. I love these high intensity workouts and am absolutely addicted to your website! Even on days that I don't feel like working out, all I do is check your site and see you pushing hard or hear your inspirational words and then I am able to have an awesome workout! These workouts are fast and fun (even when they are just brutally hard, it is still fun!). I tell everyone I know about you and your site!
