Hi, Zuzana! Im happy to share with you my progress. Thank you for your workouts! They are simple to remember and hard for working them out. I love this way of hight intensity training. And i found that it's something that really work, as i been on fitness-aerobic class for 4 years. The workout usually took 1 hour of aerobic and just a few bodyweight exercises in the end. But i had to stop it coz my work took all my free time. So I got 10 kg overweight. And then I found you. So i want to tell - I never had my body like now even when i been working on it for 4 years.
