This workout will target your glutes and the equipment you’ll need is a kettlebell and power band. I personally really enjoy working my lower body and this workouts is really fun so feel free to repeat it 2 more times for a really intense 15 minute butt workout.

    Did this 3 times (6 rounds) at Z’s pace. Used 20kg and X heavy band. It’s a good glute workout – not too intense because of the band work breathers. 38 wks pregnant today!

    197 cals, HR149/172 (6 rounds).

    Whew! Needed a shorty lower body workout today, used the 101# KB for squats and deadlifts and the #60KB for swings. Those abductions buuuurned! Did 20 rockstar jump sumo squats as buyout.

    I decided to do this one today, after the new UB&A workout as a quick lower body add- on. I used my 90 lbs KB for #1, my 80 lbs band and 45 lbs KB for #3, 45 lbs KB for #2, and band for #4, and wore a 16 lbs weight vest for the whole workout. Lol, I’m working on improving my core strength more and adding challenge with a new adjustable weight vest. It took me 8 min total.

    6:15 (32 kg kettlebell)
    I’m shocked that I can easily doing swings with 32 kg kettlebell! It’s a little sad that I didn’t have it before and for so long I thought it was impossible for me, but it turned out that 32 kg is light and fun 💪

    This was such a butt blast. Did 1. Deadlift to goblet with 24 kg and hip thrust with my hip thruster (same as booty sprouts) with 60 lbs PB added over my knees. Could do 10 thrusts then 20 abductions and then 10 thrusts. Could no be as fast as Z with these mods but I got what I wanted: burning butt 🔥 after the 300 killer for today. Found this WO from the search. Just marked 5-10min and lower body focus. The search worked really good! Thanks to the Zgym team 👏

    Thanks Gabriela for this one 😜 my but is now so on 🔥! 😁 32 kg kb; 6:28 + 4 min of freestyle jump roping 🙂
