Hey guys,

I did my best to talk about some of the topics you’ve been asking me about. Thank you again for leaving your comments and questions. If you didn’t hear me talking about your question this time, it’s possible I have already replied to you in the comments on the previous Coffee Talk, and if not, I might be covering your topic next time.

This video is dedicated mostly to Intermittent Fasting, (if you want more info about what I was talking about, check out The Every-Other-Day Diet: The Diet That Lets You Eat All You Want (Half the Time) and Keep the Weight Off by Krista Varady) I also share 5 healthy snacks you can make in less than 5 minutes, and also a simple tip for pull up modifications.     Hi Zuzka,

    I think there lots of different dudes and pink shoes maybe just what he needs for himself, but then I personally know at least one woman who would love to have them and I’m pretty sure they would fit her. So maybe this is his case too. Then maybe he has a foot fetish and needs them for that… 🙂

    I also think shit is no long a big deal when it comes to swearing….a bit like damn was and is…

    Hello Z. Do you do any type of fitness cleanse? There are several on the market for colon, liver, gallbladder and kidneys. Just wondering if you have tried any and if they are beneficial.

      I have not, I believe more in proper nutrition. If you eat healthy, you don’t need any cleanses in form of pills.

    Hi Zuzka, you recommend to work daily but sometimes I get very sored the day after, specially after a killer workout as the Benchmark and it’s dificult to train again. Is it best rest a day in that case?.

      I would not recommend a complete rest day – you will only get stiff and that doesn’t help with proper recovery. Instead I suggest an easy workout, definitely stretch & tone or power yoga routine and spend some time with your foam roller to massage the sore spots.

    I can’t wait that snow entirely melts so I can use my TRX outdoors – or simply do other workout style! It’s a nice piece of equipment.

    Hey Z! I was wondering if you would be able reach out to the massage ball vendor to see if they are willing to offer the discount again. I think it only lasted three days from the time of the coffee talk where they were featured. I did not have the money then, but I would like to purchase them now. Thanks!

    What a great coffee talk! Love it! You really are the best, I mean THE BEST fitness trainer in the world. All the variety, the strougle, the amazing website…I mean…you inspire me each day more and more… I cannot thank you enough for all the efforts you put into workouts, tips, coffee talks… If it were not for you I still would be a gym rat with bunch of injuries… I have been working out with you since 2009. and what you´ve been through (I suffered with you and even cried sometimes) and what you accomplished till now is beyond admiration. Sending you hugs and enjoy your holiday!

    Hi Zuzka and everybody! I loved this coffee talk, thank you so much for sharing with all of us.

    I have a couple of questions for you:

    – What are your thoughts on how to boost immunity? I’m a very allergic person and I frequently catch colds, the flu, etc.
    – What do you think about the scandinavian or new nordic diet? I understand it’s full of health fats, fish, berries, herbs
    – Can you please share about your hair routine? I always end up all sweaty after your workouts and if I wash it every day, it ends up very dry
