Thanks for the coffee talk! It is always nice to see your dogs in your videos. I was also wondering about your dogs when you said you don’t do a lot of activity outside of working out. What kind of exercise do they get? How are their energy levels? My dog is a high energy breed mix and I (or my husband) often have to take him trail running to exercise him (both of his parents were sled dogs and he tries to pull my bike crazy fast so I don’t do the bike & run thing with him). He also has a couple dog friends that he plays with at the dog park- that lets him run full speed. 🙂

We have a really big back yard and front yard with hills. Coco is old and doesn’t like to run. Gypsy and Charlie run every day together on the yard so they get plenty of exercise. They go to the bathroom way up on the hill so it’s out of the way and we just go pick it up once a day 🙂

That sounds like a really nice set up for them! 🙂

Hello, question about the swerve or you called it ethrytol (not sure how to spell). is that the same as something called xylitol? Also, I tried the xylitol and I think it might have given me a little bit of urge to go #2. Do either have that effect?

Hi Zuzka, first of all I want to thank you for being such a positive and original figure in the fitness industry. I look up to you and I have followed you for many many years. You speak with great knowledge about the postural alignment that’s necessary to keep our bodies injury-free and I thank you for putting the message out there… most people wouldn’t know shoulder pain could be originating from a completely different joint/ muscle imbalance. However, and I say this with upmost respect and as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I would like to let you know the comment about you being your own physical therapist could discredit what PT’s do for many many people as health care professionals. We go through a very intense graduate school program and have been in school for at least 7 years before we’re clinicians. Some of us even go on to residency programs to become specialized in sports, pediatrics, neurological population, etc… Bottom line, what I’m trying to respectfully share is that our schooling takes many years (and a ton of money… I have to pay off so much on student loans!) so to hear someone say you can be your PT can be a bit disheartening. I love your personality and all the amazing workouts you share with us. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

Hi Zuzka, I used to be addicted to sugary junk foods, and over the years I noticed I could get over one addiction by replacing it with another, so in my case, coffee! I drink coffee first thing in the morning and afternoon, usually, I will use whole milk or cream, but occasionally I will take it black. But my teeth are yellow now 🙁 I have really nice straight healthy teeth otherwise… do you have any tips for combating the coffee teeth?!

      Hi Esther,
This isn’t Zuzka, however for a natural teeth whitener you can try rinsing with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). My dentist recommended to me rinsing with H2O2 which helps keep the gumline healthy, freshens breath and keeps teeth white (rinse first with H2O2 then brush your teeth). The more your mouth bubbles with the H2O2 rinse, the more bacteria was in there that the H2O2 is neutralizing (Note the chemical composition of H2O2 is a water molecule (H2O) with an extra oxygen (O) molecule attached, the extra O will attach itself to a free radical or other free molecule so the H2O2 will break down into water while the extra O takes a free radical out of circulation – at least that his how I understand it). I use regular H2O2 that I buy in any store.

Hey I’ll try that! Not expensive or dangerous, so why not.
My brother also recently suggested activated charcoal, supposed to pull out the “tannins.”
