Here are some videos and photos I have recently posted on my Instagram. Hopefully it will motivate you or get you interested in trying different exercises. Most of the exercises you see in my Instagram feed are from the ZGYM. You can try my Arm Balance Challenge workout series which can get you better prepared for handstands. I started practicing handstands about a year and a half ago and did a great progress by giving it about 3-4 times a week and 5-10 minutes at a time on average. What helped me a lot is that I was already in a pretty good shape, so I would suggest to start there. You’ll have to build some shoulder and core strength, and there are some really great Upper Body series in the ZGYM to help you with that. If you’re beginner you can start with the Upper body & Abs Basics series. I you’re Intermediate/advanced, you can do Black Diamond series & Upper Body & Abs Inferno. Let’s not forget about hamstring flexibility and shoulder and hip mobility – your ticket to a fast progress. Stretch & Tone workout series is exactly what’s been helping me to achieve more flexibility. If you have extra time, you can always do one of the Stretch & Tone workouts as your Cool down & Stretching right after your High Intensity ZGYM training.
