Insta Motivation

Here are some videos and photos I have recently posted on my Instagram. Hopefully it will motivate you or get you interested in trying different exercises. Most of the exercises you see in my Instagram feed are from the ZGYM. You can try my  Arm Balance Challenge workout series which can get you better prepared for handstands. I started practicing handstands about a year and a half ago and did a great progress by giving it about 3-4 times a week and 5-10 minutes at a time on average. What helped me a lot is that I was already in a pretty good shape, so I would suggest to start there. You’ll have to build some shoulder and core strength, and there are some really great Upper Body series in the ZGYM to help you with that. If you’re beginner you can start with the Upper body & Abs Basics series. I you’re Intermediate/advanced, you can do Black Diamond series & Upper Body & Abs Inferno. Let’s not forget about hamstring flexibility and shoulder and hip mobility – your ticket to a fast progress.  Stretch & Tone workout series is exactly what’s been helping me to achieve more flexibility. If you have extra time, you can always do one of the Stretch & Tone workouts as your Cool down & Stretching right after your High Intensity ZGYM training.

 

When you exercise empowered, you look forward to your training. You’re excited to try a brand new workout or beat your personal best. You are the creator of your own thoughts, you can create an empowered mindset. Start simply by watching exercise videos that motivate you. Play your favorite music that makes you want to move. Eat healthy meals that make you feel light and nourished instead of stuffed, heavy and sleepy. Drink water. Get a good night sleep. Try your best to have good relationships with the people around you so that your mind is not distracted with drama. All of these things matter if you want to feel good and be fit & healthy.     Hey Zuzka, just checking in. I’m a 30 y/o male from Portland, OR. I’ve been following your workouts for about a year now. Bought your book, finished those workouts, finished all the Bunny slopes, and currently working my way through the beginner Cardio and Strength program (with a few No Equip Total Body workouts thrown in, if I’m feeling confident). I’ve always been on the slim side, but as I’ve gotten older I started to gain a little weight across the middle, and I looked back and remembered how great it used to feel when I was in shape back in high school (when I was playing soccer and lifting weights). My goal is to get back into shape, eat better, and even surpass my level from high school, and keep it there for life! I don’t have the washboard abs, and I’m not quite at the regular z-gym workouts level yet, but I’ll get there! You’ve been a big help and inspiration to me! Thanks so much!
