If you have new questions or topics you would like me to talk about next week – and I hope you do 🙂 please leave me your comments here.

Don’t forget to follow my Instagram @ZuzkaLight to get the chance to win these sneakers from Pink Ivy who sent me a pair for this week’s giveaway. The only catch is that there’s only one pair in size 7.5 US (38.5-39EU)

Great coffee talk! I was actually surprised that Agave nectar isn’t that good alternative to sugar.I tend to use it there and then to satisfy my sweet cravings. Now i suppose i will have to cut on Agave nectar 🙁 Question- What do you think about raw organic coconut blossom nectar,or maple syrup? Thank you:)

Thank you zuzka I love this coffee talk!!! Thanks Zuzka! I really love your zgym the only thing I would tlike to improve more is my diet. I am really having a hard time preparing my meals. I don’t know what to do it. Tried of eating the same thing every day. I don’t have self control when it comes to sweets. I always sabotage my diet almost every day. I really need some help on how start eating healthy.
