    Maintenance plan:
if I just want to maintain weight for example…. and it will happen anytime soon….should I stop the moderate intermittent fasting at 500 cal ? or should I increase the number of calories those days?? up to how many calories?
I do enjoy this meal plan!!! it is really awesome!!! thank you!!

What is a good sub for coconut oil? I took Pinnertest and it says that I have an intolerance to coconut oil. I’ve looked at a few websites.

So I tried the IMF last week as presented and failed. It’s not the first time I’ve fasted either, but for whatever reason, my body was just responding well to the 100 cal meals, and I was having trouble concentrating at work even with the fiber supplements. I’m trying a new approach this week – one big meal at lunch incorporating Z’s super foods – a big strawberry chicken salad that adds up to 430 calories, plus a coffee with milk (70 calories) in the morning and afternoon. Hopefully, this doesn’t kill my progress too much, but it may get me to where I can fast as planned next week.

Do some googling on IF. It looks like that’s what alot of people do. Just have a “feeding window” when they eat all their calories. I went until noon and had about half my calories and then the remaining for a small dinner. It actually wasn’t so bad! Had a bit of the fiber in the morning and tons of tea and carbonated water all day.

Thanks for the tips! I will try that approach.

Hi Aadiela! You will receive a link to download the 40-page PDF, and then the weekly schedules, shopping lists, recipes, etc are all online. You get 6 months access to them all at once so you can use them at your own pace.

Hi, Scott- I just purchased the meal plan. Is there a way to get access to a PDF with the meal plan in case we want to use it after 6 months? I didn’t realize the meal plan is essentially only good for 6 months. Thanks!

We don’t have the schedule or recipes as a PDF (it’s way too much to assemble into a PDF, and you wouldn’t get everyone’s comments), but you can always take notes and print pages, etc.

Hi Zuzka and Zmembers!!! I am planning on starting the plan this Monday, but I have a very important question!! Maybe someone please can help me. I follow ZGym on most days but I do ashtanga yoga classes 3 times a week (maybe I can call those my moderate activity days, although pretty intense..). So should I do intermittent fasting as planned on the meal plan or should adapt them to those yoga days? Usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday are ashtanga, the others are ZGym days, so I don’t know how I should do it. 3 days of intermittent fasting seems to much, but I don’t want to mess up the process. Can someone give me some light over these issue??
Thanks and healthy days to all!!!

There are only 2 days of IF- Wed and Sun. I imagine it’s up to your body, but yoga would probably be a great workout to do on a fasting day.

I’m sure someone has already asked this question, but there are so many comments to dig through!

Is there a vegan meal plan that you’re going to release, and when?
Love your videos and that you keep me so motivated.

I notice the shopping list for week three Sunday in the meet section asks us to get two chicken breasts and two cups of chicken. But I think one of those is supposed to be turkey because there’s a recipe for turkey. This may be a typo. I ended buying all chicken but that’s okay I’ll use it instead of turkey lol I just thought you guys should know so other people don’t make the same mistake, not sure if you can change it now.

I did the same. But how many chicken breast do you use for the Turkey recipe? I’m guessing to.
It says 2 chicken breast and 2 cups of cooked chicken which amounts to 1.5 chicken breast. It’s unclear

I did only use one fairly large chicken breast and saved the other in the fridge. I’ll just have small pieces of it when I want a snack through the week
