We just started on Monday, loving it (though of COURSE it was right when I was PMSing and wanted to eat a HOUSE, added a few extra snacks on Mon). Hope you’re all enjoying it!

For those of you interested in culturing your own kefir (or if you already do), I just found a recipe today to make your own Kefir Cream, which is basically sour cream (for week 2), but with the added bonus of all the wonderful probiotics in kefir! Super easy, cost effective, and homemade kefir usually has 50 or more strains of probiotics, as opposed to store bought, which usually has around 10. We’re having so much fun with it:)

Do you have the link for the recipe? I would like to try it and make my own kefir since its more healthier than store bought, I am all for it!

Oh yeah, I meant to include it in the other post! Super easy:
        1. 1 Tablespoon cultured kefir milk for every cup of heavy cream
        2. Mix in glass container
        3. Cover with unbleached coffee filter and fasten with rubber band
        4. Let it sit at room temp for 12-48 hours. Amount of time depends on your taste and the consistency you want.
That’s it! Cultures for health website has lots of great recipes, you can check it out! 😊

I just got the meal plan too. Can’t wait to start it on Monday! I’m most excited about giving up sugar. 🙂

I am starting the meal plan after returning from summer travel in two weeks. I have a question… do I need to order the Zuzka’s protien/fat burn drink for the meal plan before I get started? I think I saw it included for a breakfast on the meal plan sample week that was posted here. Thanks!

It´s only up to you if you order Zuzka´s protein/fat burn drink. But I think it isn´t necessary. In this meal plan you need some vanilla protein for some recipes (some smoothies or oatmeals). For example: I use CFM Evolution by Prom-In.

I am enjoying these recipes and learning basic cooking skills! My fitness level is sedentary so I am doing the Bunny Slope Program and my goal is go keep going until I am fit enough go workout alongside Zuzka.
    My question is:
Is the meal plan ok for us bunny sloppers? Does bunny slope exercises equal a WEM ?
