My Pre-Workout Protein with Fat Burner – ZVLOG #12

Start by watching my VLOG:

Two years ago,  I decided to start my own supplement line and develop a product that would benefit those who struggle with energy during their workouts and also fat loss. It was a long journey. My team and I have learned a lot along the way. It wasn’t easy at all, but I didn’t just want  some white label generic protein powder and take the easy way out like other trainers have been known to do. Anyone with a decent following is eventually contacted by supplement companies who offer them to put their name and face on already existing products. At that point it’s only about money and who gives you a better deal.  I could’ve done that a long time ago and save myself a lot of time, resources and headaches.

I chose not to. I wanted a truly unique blend that would be based around my own needs and lifestyle. A supplement that would give me several benefits in one serving. I wanted a protein based energy drink with botanical based fat burner, that would be low carb, low calories, all while being a delicious refreshing drink that I could, mix with water, make a smoothie out of or use for frozen dessert. It’s almost surreal to me to see this product finally in my store and already getting such a great response. I’ve been using my Pre-Workout Protein Blend with Botanical Fat Burner for many months now and I’ve been loving it. I’m excited for everyone who’s going to benefit from my product.

Zuzka, I first found you when I watched your Hot 40 min. workout (both parts 1 and 2), back in the Body Rock TV days. I have been following that workout for the past 6 years until now, and have seen impressive results. Only today, I went to Body Rock TV’s Youtube page, and noticed that you disappeared from the videos roughly 6 years ago, and I decided to do some research and found this place. I’m glad that you are continuing to succeed both financially as well as physically and mentally, doing what you enjoy doing, despite the drama and setbacks. I wanted to thank you for the difference those two videos you made 7 years ago have been for my body and health.

Do you know if the pre-workout drink is safe for pregnant women?

I’m 39 weeks pregnant and would recommend not taking any supplements, besides your prenatal vitamin, without an OK from your doctor.

    Hi Zuzka,
I love all you do by the way, thank you. I have been so busy with a masters and a full time teaching job that I have done nothing in like 8 month, I am starting back out and I am a fan of butty work out. but recently (Today) read that you should do the butt lift weekly? or can I just go to the files and do one work out in the butt series work out daily? I would love also to get good in the upper body, but I am not even decent at it. what is the best way to start back up?
I think your current exercise are more challenging or I feel like I am missing out if I don’t go back and do what you have done all these months. What are your thoughts.

    Thank you
    Z

    Zuzka,
When would you say is the soonest to workout after drinking a pre-workout shake and when would you say is the latest to drink it and still reap the energy boost benefits?
    Thanks!
    Celeste

Zuzka, I watched your video on your energy drink making of the smoothie. I see and understand all ingredients EXCEPT,,, the goat (mixture). Would you share the name of it. And you said it’s really good for you. Would you share that as well. Ordering the energy packets and excited to get started. Thanks In Advance. 😊

I see all kinds of questions including mine. I don’t see any answers…. Am I supposed to look someplace else for responses?

    Hello All,

The Protein With Fat Burner is way to sweet for me. So sweet that I can hardly get it down the gullet. Does anybody have some ideas for cutting the sweetness? Thanks in advance!

Hi there! I would also like to know if you can drink the “pre workout” drink during the day even if you don’t plan on working out right after or not at all? In some cases, to suppress hunger a bit or to not eat as much at mealtime, etc…..Or are there any repercussions to drinking it after a workout as opposed to before? And as someone asked already, is there an absolute optimal time of taking it before a workout? Thanks so much! It is really delicious by the way 🙂

Hi, you can drink the “pre-workout” any time you want. It’s essentially an energy drink.

Well that makes it easy then! It is sooo tasty that I will try to restrain myself a bit though!! Thanks for the reply, I am pumped up for 2017 🙂 Things are looking so great already on your site. My first challenge for myself is to do at least 50 KB swings with 44lb every day in January and then move on from there!!

I was wondering if your pre workout protein powder could be used in your chocolate Bon Bon recipee? I saw that you added protein powder in your vlog when making them.

I followed you several years ago on BodyRock.TV. I was extremely disappointed to see you were no longer on BodyRock.TV and did some searching to find you. Your past makes you stronger and an inspiration to follow. You are clearly strong in mind, body, and spirit. Thank you for continuing to share your passion for others! I am eager to tell friends about you and to start following your workouts again! Your dedication and resilience is uplifting. Thank you for all that you do!
