Popeye Smoothie (FM)

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup spinach

2 tbsp sour cream

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup whole cashews

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 28g (maximum carbs 6g – choose a low carb protein powder)



Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

    This sounds really yummy, love a new smoothie recipe! Do u think it’s fine without the sour cream? Or would u recommend a replacement that’s non dairy?

    Love! this smoothie and I am not a smoothie person, I don’t have the best blender so mine was a bit thick but still good and nice on hot day like today 🙂

    Amazingly delicious – I decided to make a second one, and freeze for my son as ‘ice cream pops’ he LOVED them. I am so happy with this meal plan as it is beneficial to my whole family. They enjoy the meals, too.
