Popey-smoothie

 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup spinach

2 tbsp sour cream

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup whole cashews

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 28g (maximum carbs 6g – choose a low carb protein powder)

 

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

    This sounds really yummy, love a new smoothie recipe! Do u think it’s fine without the sour cream? Or would u recommend a replacement that’s non dairy?
