    I downloaded this z-shred meal plan and there is no 8 week meal plan attached, no way of finding it. No place for me to write a comment. I’m confused. I really wanted to start this today, but now I can’t since I don’t know where to find my shopping list or what I should eat for the next 8 weeks.????? Please help.

    I have completed my 8 weeks now. I have lost 13 cm (5 inches) around the waist, 6 cm (2,4 inches) around hips and 6,4 kg (14 lb) weight. I feelt great and my old jeans fit!
    The plan was easy to follow and I liked that you prepare several meals from the same receipt. That way you dont need to spend time in the kitchen each day. It is easier to stick to the plan when the meal is already waiting for you. The meal plan also gives you the tools to continue on your own after the 8 weeks.

    I have just finished my 8 weeks and I am SOOOOO happy with my results! I am stronger, I sleep better, I have more energy and I finally feel like I have found the best meal plan for my body. And I’ve lost 6.5″ and 11.2 lbs! And I have more definition than I’ve ever had.

    This meal plan was easy to follow and the meals were incredible. Very tasty and fun to make! I love that the recipes, for the most part, make more than one serving. I now feel well equipped to eat this way all the time with tons of variety. I’m starting the plan over again and I’m excited that I can swap out some recipes for others listed on the site. I was also very grateful for the approved dessert recipes (the Pecan Caramel Bars ARE TO DIE FOR!!) since I have struggled with sugar all my life. Thank you Zuzka and team!

    I finished Z-shred meal plan and would like to share my results.
    My height is 5’2” (158cm) and I weighted 56 kg (123 pounds) at start. During the meal plan I’ve lost 3 kg (6,5 pounds) and now I am 52,5 kg (115 ponds). And for my height that is a great result!!! I could’t lose those stubborn kilos for over 2 years. And actually my colleagues and friend think that I’ve lost more than 5 kg. Magic))
    I was strictly sticking to the diet only during the first 3-4 weeks. After that I had holidays , than business trip, but this meal plan tought me how to listen to myself, how to deal with hunger and how to cut on sugar. I am still do not eat sugar and white flour. And I feel amazing!
    Another benefits is my skin. It is beautiful!!!! My face is glowing and skin is gorgeous! Also I noticed that cellulite became less noticeable.
    My mood and level of energy is always stable.
    The plan is created with a great respect to food and products. I learned how to plan my meal, I spent less money now, because before that I was buying a lot of different products and wasn’t able tocook and eat them all. Now I buy only necessary things and spend less for food. This is another great benefit of this plan.
    After-life: previous week was a week of cheating for me. I had a lot of parties and I ate sushi and pizza and birthday cake and some other staff, but now I CAN stop. After this weak of messy food I haven’t gained a kilo, even half a kilo!!!!
    Now I am doing the same. Take Zuzka’s recipes, or anything similar, plan my week and actually act the same way because it is efficent, tasty, filling and good for my health. I have a big goal for my appearance and for my body results and this plan helps me a lot to become best version of myself!
    And of course I am an active ZGymer and workouts are the part of my life.

    I purchased the meal plan and just finished my 8 weeks. I’m absolutely happy with my results that are very impressive. Lost 6.8kg, -7cm on waist, hips and thighs!!!
    I of course followed the workouts in the ZGym every day that also made me stronger 🙂

    The meal plan is very easy to follow and recipes are delicious. Everything, including the shopping list, is clear and easy. I loved that some recipes called for extra portions to use other days of the week, which is very helpful when you are busy!

    I have this meal plan since May 2017, when Zuzka released it. It has become a guide to low carb meals for me in the first two months. That´s why I finally stopped eating unhealthy lunch at work and started to prepare my own tasty meals. It was the best thing I could do! I´ve learned what foods to eat and when, I tried lots of new recipes, I have expanded my knowledge in eating. And besides that I have got a slimmer and nicely shaped body. Of course, keeping the plan and daily workout. Now I´m not keeping the meal plan so strict. Sometimes I include other recipes. And sometimes I even enjoy something unhealthy like an icecream. But we only live once! So, if you want to go in a healthy low carb direction then I definitely recommend Zuzka´s Z-shred Super Food Meal Plan 🙂

    I’m so excited with my results following your “Z-Shred Super Food Meal Plan”, that I wanted to share with everyone. I set out on a fitness journey approximately 4.5 years ago. I had found Body Rock and loved the home workout rather than going to a gym. I followed Body Rock for approximately 3 of those years. Tried their meal plan, tried the keto diet, and many others. The diet is key. I could not sustain the meal plans longer than a month or the amount of food the plan said I needed to eat was extremely difficult to accomplish. I was getting really strong but I was not seeing the definition nor keeping a feminine appearance, both I strongly desired. One day, while watching youtube workout videos, I came across Zuzka. Wow, OMG! I want that kind of muscle control and strength. I started researching and doing her videos. Honestly, I thought 15-20 a day, no way. I was doing 40-50 mins religiously. I always give a new program at least a month and try for 6 weeks before I make a decision. At first, I felt like I was losing strength. Of course, I was eating the same which caused me to gain some weight.  After about a month of following Zuzka, I decided I wanted to jump in with both feet and complete her entire package, the “Z-Shred Super Food Meal Plan”. Due to my past research, I knew it was my diet but I had not found something I could stick with. The first week fasting days were really hard. I work 12.25 hour shifts overnight and thank you Zuzka for the Psyllium fiber tips… it was a life saver. I did not follow the meal plan exactly as weeks went forward. For instance, my daughter and I always carve pumpkins for Halloween. I made the pumpkin soup from zuzka’s recipes which BTW was amazing. The food in Zuzka’s meal plan is so satisfying and delicious, I believe that is why it was easy for me to stay on track. I’m extremely busy and found Zuzka’s meal plans something I could continue and it actually reduced my stress of what to eat. Soooo drumroll please….. I dropped 2 pant sizes, 9 lbs total and can see more definition in my arms, legs, stomach (Yippy) and butt. I also went down a cup size. (that’s a plus for me.) Oh yeah. But the very best part, last week I had to take a Physical Agility Test for a position I applied for. I’ve taken it before, so passing it is no longer a concern. But, I am usually wasted by the end. Not last week, I was disappointment in myself I did not push harder because I could feel I had more to give. My time was the exact same time from two years ago. WOW! Not only did I improve on my strength but also on my endurance and only working out 15-20 mins a day. I’m loving the food and it is something after 8 weeks I believe I can sustain for life! Anyone on the fence about giving it a try, it’s so worth it! Do it!!! Definitely a game changer. Thank you Zuzka, my next goal is those awesome handstands.

    The meal plan is amazing! It removes the guess work of ‘what am I going to cook today’, the recipes are tasty and easy to make (I’m very picky). The regime is great.
    I pretty much only had the stubborn belly fat to lose when I started. And I lost 1.5 inches around waist (big win), 2 inches around love handles (huge win) and 11 lbs of weight! Plus I haven’t slept this well in years. (Now that’s the deal breaker here.)
    Bottom line, I sleep, feel and look much better and I’m happier than 8 weeks ago! I’ll maintain this life style, not going back to regular style of eating ever again.

    Just completed the 8 week plan and I can’t even express how happy I am. I was not in horrible shape but used to be way better, exercising regularly with your workouts and a lot of running plus watching my food to the smallest crumb: honestly I’ve been starving myself for periods and then killing myself with food in other periods, never finding a balance. Lately after some major changes in my life I felt I had to get in charge of myself again and decided to buy this plan in January. I was skeptical at the beginning…it looked to me I was eating too much! Plus the food was delicious, not the usual grilled chicken breast you get from other plans 🙂 LOVED the fact each meal was more than just one portion and I could really find time to eat right with just a bit of meal preap during weekends. The fasting days have been easier than I thought! Now….I had a major fall-off-track by the third week: I had a dinner out, started tasting food I shouldn’t …and well three days of pure disaster happened. What I did? nothing, just got back on track. Now I’ve lost 3.5 Kg (7.71 lb) which is a lot for me and mostly they were located around my stomach. No mention how clothes fit, but most important how AMAZING I feel: I was afraid of the low carb diet, being addicted to snacking on bread/cookies…and well, surprise, I had the most energy ever and did so much better during workouts. So the only thing I can say is…thank you Zuzka. I’ll keep going and now I’m starting the plan again using some of your new recipes. I’m sharing some before/after pictures on an account I created for this occasion 🙂 ….and those Protein Power Balls, Zuzka, I had to hide them …to delicious!!! 😀
