31 with 3 kids, I am a personal trainer so I spend my time coming up with workouts for others. Zuzka let’s me just be the client for a change and not have to think about coming up with my own routine! Love the variety and high intensity! Sometimes I procrastinate but having a weekly schedule I make sure I do all of them even if I don’t do them on the right days! Love to all!! C

Hi, i am 40. Have been with zuzka for several years now. Also did p90x, insanity en workouts like that, but with zuzka i saw more changes in my body. I have to say that it’s only the last Year i am really watching what i eat. I never was a fan of fastfood , but used too much sugar. I have 2 kids and am now in the best shape of my life, but i’m not where i want to be yet. I always look forward to what workout we’re going to get. I love the intense, sometimes insane moves. I really feel like a warrior after a workout. I love the feeling of muscle pain. My husband says i’m addicted and it’s true. I will never stop working out with Zuzka. Love it, love her💪👊👍

I love working out with zgym because we it works the whole body in varied ways and I can do it at home. Also, Z’s enthusiasm is perfect and very motivating. I like all the different series as well as its easy to pick something from the vast library to supplement the weekly routines and my gym/lifting workouts. The site gets better and better, Z listens to our suggestions.

Hey Zuzka, your workouts have changed my life! I am a 34 year old mother of 3 boys ages 8, 6 and 19mo. I have been working out with you for 4 years and I was able to bounce back after my last pregnancy super fast and my abs are still there and stronger than ever. My husband says I’m smoking and look as if i’ve never had children:) I thoroughly enjoy working out with you and my husband loves to hear your accent when I watch your videos. I’m in the best shape of my life and so excited for bikini season. You rock Zuzka! I hope one day I can workout with you in person:)

I just turned 36 and Ive worked out off and on since my mid 20s when I gained weight due to my love of junk food and a desk job. But I just found Zuzka s website last summer. I cant say thay I enjoy myself WHILE I workout, but I ejnoy (and am now addicted to) the satisfaction I get when I am done. I struggled with keeping a regular schedule tho until I found this site. I need a program to follow or I get scattered and lost, but all others I tried would bore me after a while with thier repetitiveness. This site is perfect for me because it gives a schedule but is still different every week to keep me interested. Thank you Z!

I’m 41 and have 2 kids. I discovered Z after the birth of my first son (back when she was BodyRock). She has gotten me in such good shape. I always worked out but I never really pushed my boundaries until Z. I remember that first workout, I did it on my back porch while my baby slept in his little seat and I thought I was going to throw up before I finished it was so hard for me. I could barely walk for a few days after my body was sore sore. Now I feel so strong and bad ass. I love that in ZGYM I don’t ever have to worry about my workout – it’s just ready for me and I can count on it kicking my butt. LOVE Z!!!!!

    While the workouts are effective for weight loss, they are not good in the long run as they put too much strain on the wrists and knees. I ended up injuring myself doing these workouts and am yet to recover so I decided to cancel my subscription. Also, there is not too much in the way of guidance and questions are rarely answered. The focus should be on providing workouts that can be attempted by an average person along with promoting a healthy body image and a more sustainable way of exercising.

    This is the best workout platform there is.. I have been following Zuzka since 4 years now and she keeps me in the best shape ever! I am a doctor and time is an issue but this is my motivation to deal with everything – fitness, mental peace. Her arm balance challenges help with my focus too. I highly recommend Zgym to everyone I meet to have a healthy balanced lifestyle.

    At 38 years old, I was in great shape. People used to comment on my toned and sculpted legs. I worked out every other day and everything was going great. Then an incident occurred and I didn’t realize it but I was drifting slowly into the deepest depression I ever had experienced. Five years later, I’m 45 pounds heavier, drinking a bottle of wine everyday and hiding from life. I had a few attempts to regain myself. But either I worked out to hard to fast and injured myself, or just let my fear of life get the best of me.
    I honestly considered giving up altogether. I mean, why not? I’m 45, I’ve had my kids, no one at work cares about my weight or my appearance. Why don’t I just come home from work everyday, and watch t.v. and eat some junk and drink my wine?
    But the thought of giving up scared me more than the battle I had to fight to get out of the dark hole I was in.
    I’m not sure how I found Zuzka. I think I had heard of a program she used to do with another trainer and was reading reviews for that and a lot of the reviews mentioned they like Zuzka on her own because of her positive attitude. I started her bunny slope program, doing one exercise routine a day. It was so good to begin to feel my muscles again, but easy enough that I wasn’t going to get injured. I’m now on week six day two. Week six! Wow, I’m really doing this! I have only slightly changed my eating/drinking habits but the last week I’ve been so much better because I can feel, in my muscles and in my heart, that I can do this. I can actually get fit again and be comfortable with life again.
    And it’s not just Zuzka’s workouts (of which I’ve only just begun) but I just started reading her blog from the beginning. And it’s full of honest, and motivating ideas of how anyone can become a healthier, more relaxed person. Which makes everything in life more easy. I’m careful, myself, not to use the word happy, because I think it’s a bit of a false goal. Life is hard, and tiring and sometimes it can kick you to the curb.
    When I was in my best shape before, my motivation was the thought “There is nothing you can’t handle”. But while deep in my depression and living in a state of delusion and seclusion I had forgotten that all together and my thoughts were always, I can’t handle anything, and I will never be able to handle anything.
    But after finding Zuzkalight.com, and committing to “just doing the workout everyday” leaving diet aside for now. I’ve gained confidence, I’ve physically changed, I’ve lost a bit of weight and I feel like a can, soon, get to the point where I will be able to say “There’s nothing I can’t handle.” Which I think is a stronger and more satisfying goal than happiness. We are always going to be a mixed bag of emotions, but being emotionally strong and knowing we can overcome anything is an amazing feeling.
    I really didn’t have too much hope that starting this program would work for me. But I’m so glad I gave it a chance. I love the fitness tracker, because it allows me to see that I’ve reached and continue to reach, my starting goal, which was to work out everyday.
    The more I read her blogs and recipes the better I become at a healthy lifestyle in general.

    I know this is a ridiculously long review, but I wanted to make a note to the few that state they’ve been injured doing some of the work outs. As I said, I used to be fit. But I was no where near as fit as Zuzka and probably never will be. It’s what she does for a living. I think those of us doing the work outs with her have to gage just how far we want to go. If you are doing a high intensity work out and there is one exercise where you can’t get the form right and you feel a bit unstable or anything feels not right. Don’t do it. Leave that one out and replace it with something else. Be very mindful of pain. Post workout muscle pain is nice, but there are often warning signs when doing certain exercises that form or strength isn’t what it should be. Definitely slow down,
    even if your doing an amrap, just stop and figure it out or go on to the next move. You may still get injured, but do your best to protect yourself, sacrifice a work out rather than your body.

    I have been an on and off member of ZGYM pretty much since it started, only cancelling when I needed to save money while I was a student. No matter how many times I try to leave, I just keep coming back.

    The workouts are quick, but still very effective. There are hundreds of workouts to choose from, or you can follow the weekly schedule or make it completely your own depending on your goals. You can workout alongside Zuzka or just follow the workout breakdown. I follow along with Zuzka, because I struggle with staying focused without someone coaching me through it.

    My reason for writing this review had a bit to do with how much I love the ZGYM but I came here thanks to customer support/ ZTEAM. I was having issues viewing workouts (which has never happened before!) so I sent customer support an email. I heard back in less than five minutes. They needed more account info, so I sent another email with all my info and heard back in 1 minute (as per the email time stamp). They investigated the issue and had it resolved in just over 20 minutes. Customer service/ ZTEAM is fantastic.
