Returns & Exchanges:
Because of the process that Zuzka® clothing is made, there might be
what some my call “imperfections” (which could include color variations in print, and holes).
We look at these “imperfections” as added character, and shows that not one item is the same as another.
Before returning your order, consider the following:
- We will issue a full refund (to the original purchasing card) if approved and that the claim was made within 7 days of the delivery of your items.
- All refunded items will be charge a 10% restocking fee, unless issued as Store Credit
- We accept items for exchange within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
- Items must be in original condition.
- We will not accept the return of any items that has been opened, laundered, altered or tags removed in any way.
- We will not accept returns of sale merchandise.
- Unfortunately ZuzkaLight.com does not provide free return shipping unless on the rare occasion a product is deemed faulty by our Z-Team.
- If the garment is defective or damaged during shipping, you can upload pictures to your Return Request Form of the issue for the Z-Team to review before you ship.
- We will ship your replacement at no additional cost if approved.
Zuzka Light Productions LLC. does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.
To return/exchange your order:
- ‘Login‘ to your account at ZuzkaLight.com
- Click ‘My Account‘ top right on the home page
- Click ‘My Orders/Invoices‘ in left column 6th down from top
- On your order click ‘Return’
- Fill out the Return Request Form and Submit for review and you will receive a Request Submitted Email
- Print out Confirmation page and put in box with returning item(s)
- Ship the item(s) to the address below. Make sure you use a carrier that
provides tracking as ZuzkaLight.com is not responsible for lost shipments.
- After receiving your tracking code from your shipper, please update your ‘Return Status‘ form with tracking number
If you are returning a product that is believe to be faulty please provide the receipt for postage in the package and cost on postage.
We will process your return/exchange right away, but in some
instances allow up to 2 weeks to be processed.
We process and pack orders as we receive them and ship via USPS Monday
through Friday. We prioritize orders requiring expedited shipping and
generally ship most orders within 2 business days but some might take
up to 5 business days to process. All orders are packed and shipped by
the Z-Team from Los Angeles, California.
Please make sure you enter in your correct shipping address. If the package cannot be delivered and
is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to
resend your package. Please be careful when you enter your shipping address!
It is your responsibility as a buyer to track the package. If you haven’t received your package within
30 days if within United States or 45 days if outside United States, please do let us know so that
we can help you. If you fail to report it to us, we won’t be able help file a claim with the carrier to find your package.
TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All orders shipped to addresses outside of the US are subject to import duties and taxes, which
are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any of these additional
charges are the responsibility of the customer. When ordering from
ZuzkaLight.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the
goods. Zuzka Light Productions LLC is required to provide certain information about
your order, including shipment and product information to USPS in order
to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. ZuzkaLight.com
cannot predict any of the duties and taxes that will be applied to your
package. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer
responsible for any additional charges.
