I hope you guys have been enjoying the summer to the fullest and had an opportunity to spend some time swimming. It doesn’t matter if you’re by the ocean, lake, river, or just a pool. Summer is all about being outside, and having a lot of fun. Swimming has always been my favorite part of the summer months and it still is. I’m not a great swimmer, but I do have just as much fun playing in the water, and being silly as I had when I was a kid. I’ve been spending more time in our pool lately so I had some time to try different exercises and share them with you in this week’s 5 Minute Fit Friday. I hope it will motivate you to try them out yourself!
