    I like the new filming angle as the background is really nice (especially the wind in the green trees), did you see that light at minute 1:05 ?. I also liked the subtle back-ground music.
    I will do this routine today as I need to give some rest to my body and will do Egoscue postural therapy. Still waiting my customized plan, but the go-to all conditions are static back press, supine groin release and air bench.
    Cardio will be JR challenge I am doing on IG (today is 300 reps)

      you sound like me today. i have been working hard and am sore plus my job yesterday was very physical. I am going to do a nice 45 min of ClassicalStretch/essentrics as that is like heaven and i think it is 300 reps of the JR challenge also.

    Some slider moves are stil pretty intense for me since I just started incorporating them more. Very nice after low impact 5 today! Loved the extra burn.
    I’m so in love with that pop flex outfit and have been drooling over it since they released the red. You make it look so sexy Zuzka! Maybe you can get them to give us zgym members a discount since you do amazing advertising for them just by wearing it. Haha ❤️🖤❤️🖤

    Hi Zu and friends….I went to Muay thai class today and had a hard time punching the bag for 1 hour with very few breaks. Then I did 5:00 min JR. Tomorrow I will do this one. See you all and take care.

    I did this workout wrong, I think. I did it as an AMRAP. 100 reps. I didn’t use sliders though, because they don’t work on the rubber gym mats I have in my garage. This was my second workout following Beginner Strength #10.
