    I always wondered how long in advance you actually film your videos..well,I think I know now .
    My week has been very rough too, a lot of works and deadlines, extra hours, 0 time with my family and a pile of dish washing waiting for me this week-end.
    I could still start with 2 workouts on Mon-Tue, then Wednesday was eventually an Egoscue postural therapy (thanks so much for pushing me there, a life saver!!! I hope I can one day send you a pre/post testimonial…outside of the standard weightloss)
    I have no energy , sleep-deprived and on the edge of being sick if I push myself at this point BUT, I so much would like to get my workout done for today, will therefore do a slow-flow (animal flow style) low impact.
    TGIS (thank God it’s Spring) birds singing, flowers, snow melting.

    Awesome five minute workout, my legs were killing me in the last reps 😉
    Just to let you know, I love your coffee talks, I love everything about them. When you share some tips and info about products, I find it really interesting and for me I really don’t feel like it makes it less personal. I know it’s hard to please everyone, but honestly in my opinion, just keep doing what you’re doing because you are awesome and I can guarantee you that I appreciate it all ☺

    Fun body weight workout! I did this after Cardio Shred #26x. I’ll be traveling the next 5 days and will be without weights/kettlebell so trying to get some extra strength training in. After all those side dead lifts with the beast my legs were shot. Exercise #5 about did me in. My legs are shaking.

    I also love your coffee talks. I like getting a peak into your personal life whether it’s from answering questions members list in the comments, products you use and love or seeing your cute doggies walk by. You do so much for us and always try to please everyone, even if that means splitting out your workout schedule based on body weight only, advanced, beginner, etc. Like Natacha said – keep doing what you’re doing!!!

      Hey Mary, not sure if you are aware of this but Zuzka usually has a full weekly schedule that she also puts out every week with a body weight only workout component that complements her schedule she does for us. I think she searches out the body weight workouts that may target a specific area to work on. So if the usual schedule has a Killer Legs for ex, she will have a Body weight workout that is heavy on the leg part. I only noticed this recently and as I travel so much it’s been so awesome to follow. Hope this helps you too.

    Zuzka, I love your coffee talks and support what you do. You’re doing a GREAT job with your website, your work, your workouts, your videos. I really mean that! I don’t expect you to do everything the way I would do it, nor do I assume that I know enough to pass a judgement on your work. You own your own business, you do a lot of the work, and the public focus is on you in this business. You’re doing great!! You have provided me with the structure, language, and knowledge (and some motivation to do better) that I needed to stay fit and active each day, for 8 years now! So I am grateful. I totally entered to win those massage balls.
