    Thanks Zuzka! This one I definitely can’t keep up lol. Also, I liked your coffee talk 🙂 Thanks for sharing fun products. Don’t be too tough on yourself always trying to come up with personal content. Sounds exhausting! I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve got the Canadian winter blahs, so ready for Spring now!

    it’s been several days I am thinking about what ideas (not request) I could suggest for subjects in vlogs, coffee talks or posts.
    I can only give feedback from what I like and not representative of all members.

    -how do you handle injuries? you never seem to have any, so I was very surprised when you told you had a herniated disc. Do you focus on not getting injured (no risky activities) because it could jeopardize your business?

    -do you ever go to a massage therapist? or physical therapist?

    -show us your non-workout activities, what you enjoy doing (you used to do a capoeira), maybe you tried something else?

    -product review: presenting a product is fine, but you could go the extra mile and make comparisons, and explain why you like something vs what features you recommend and not recommend. (e.g. I already have massage balls from YogaTuneUp and they come in pairs in a net bag, which then you can use along the shin, spine,etc..) I have the DVD with amazing tips from pro. I personnaly recommend this brand and all the proficiency delivered )

    -anyone you know with eating disorders and can share experience. I would tend to be “orthorexic”..which is trying to eat only the “healthy way”.

    -how you structure your day, as you don’t have a boss, your timelines are yours…how you set goals, mid/long term objectives.

    -would you launch a challenge on IG ? it is mostly seen in the yoga field, but could be a fun virtual get together

    Hi Zuzka!
    Just want to say that every time I see you post a new coffee talk, I literally can’t wait to see it!! One time, I was bored at work (which doesn’t normally happen since I’m an open heart recovery ICU nurse) and I had to watch it right then and there at my patient’s bedside lol.
    Anyways, all this to say that you are and have been my inspiration every day since 2012. I have loved all the coffee talks, recipes, food journals, vlogs, and of course workouts!!

    This was a great 5 min workout, Zu! I am so proud of myself for attempting these and actually doing **most** of the reps. I graduated from the Intermediate series, so now I’m trying to hang out with the ‘big girls’. LOL.

    Love all your coffee talks, whether personal or product related. You have made such a difference in my life, words don’t do justice. I also appreciate all the ZGym members and their support and I don’t want to see anyone leave, as we all add a richness of depth and dimension to this life.

    I think you do a great job. It’s hard to please everyone, and you have a little bit of everything, which I think is super! 🙂 Personally, I enjoy BOTH the personal talks as well as recommendations for products. As a little example…I get severe shoulder pain. So when I hear recommendations for something I might not have heard about, I love that. The massage balls were a good recommendation with that pain I deal with and one of these days, I’ll have to try ’em out! I seem to remember you talking about a cream you use for muscle soreness, too…I want to THINK it had arnica in it? Well, I couldn’t find it in your previous posts, but I tried something similar out from Etsy and (while I don’t want to get too excited too soon)…I think it actually zapped the pain (for the time being) out of my shoulder! 😮 So excellent recommendation that I’m SO grateful for there (ha ha, even if I have trouble remembering the exact one)!

    Anyway…some people are going to prefer one thing…others are going to prefer something else. I think you do a great job! 🙂

      Thank you, but I never think about how should I be more professional in terms of communicating with my viewers, followers, fans. If I cared about it that much, I wouldn’t get into any arguments via comments in the first place 🙂 I don’t want to just represent a brand. I’m representing a person with thoughts and feelings. I thing that’s more important.

        When I first started hearing your coffee talks, I loved your beautiful voice – that has matured so much since yo started! It’s been great hearing your wide use of vocabulary *your step-by-step on which body parts to move and when has been the funniest because I keep HOPING you’ll get something tangled up with something else.. but you never do… hahha 🙂 I always looked forward to them. Just a simple, cute, common thing, but you put it into pixels for us! And you’re as cute as a pixie when you talk, so it’s easy to listen to you and hear your heart and line of reasoning. You don’t come across as bossy or rude, just matter-of-fact about your experiences and feelings. It’s far more believable and helps us see it’s better to be real than canned. I don’t watch any TV so this ‘reality time’ that you’ve gotten me used to is the stuff that keeps my day in a place of being real, not trying to attain that ‘nowhere’ place of unreality that so many are in and aspiring to.

          and I did this 5-minute WO tonight BEFORE the Killer Legs – I also could not keep up, but I was finally able to get the kink out of my right ankle after doing it in that order! Those plie squats are becoming one of my fav’s, for sure.. and the slider workouts. .. gonna work on getting a pull-up station, too! I ACHE to do knee-lifts!! ….. hahaha .. yes.. i’m crazy
