    repost: ZUZKA, ideas for coffee talk:
    say I can’t jump,run,skip, no plank, no plow, no intense abs (e.g. no knee hugs, no reverse burpee) , no heavy lifting, no deep squat, no Valsalsa manoeuvre. WHAT CAN I DO??
    all the above do create too much abdominal pressure and not indicated for my condition (which it is said to cover more than 50% of people one day in their lives…so it would still benefit a large audience)
    I know I can still do most yoga/stretch&tone, but then I miss a whole HIIT portion (swimming sprints, ha ha)

    Wow! That was tough after 15 min jr fit slide for abs! It’s on fire!
    Awesome fillings – I’ve completed the JRC fit slide faster and this 5 min workout in 4:12!

    One word…..WOW!!!!! That was a super intense AB workout!! I ran 4.6 miles and then I did #122 twice in between LBS #10 -AND- 12 min tabata #2 (lower body). I’m awake and happy. Have a great Friday and keep these bad-ass workouts coming. Thx!

    That will be my new goal. I seriously could only do 1-5 reps of each. Never really done abs on the ball! That was hard!!!

      Same here. This was my first attempt using the ball and oh god that was really really hard, I fell like ten thousand times 😀 I was so angry 😀 My abs are burning, so I guess that even those few reps were enough .. have to practise some more.

    Hi Zuzka, This one was sooo intense! I did for #3: 15 reps, #4: 20 reps. The #5 was so brutal (my arms were done after the JRCFS#1). Needless to say, it was an AWESOME 5 min. Loved it! xoxo
