    Hi Zu…nice 5 min workout with ball…I love workouts only with Swiss ball…so effective on abs. I did 12 reps of each exercise and 22 reps of pass the ball…nice short workout. That is all I will do today…taking a day off! Yoga now…see you all and take care.

    Just loved this one (and only 5 minutes, so easy to do again as an add-on). The shoulder taps were my favorite (never tried that before). Super fun challenge 🙂 Thumbs up! Would love to see more of these minis sprinkled in the weekly menu. Nice when it is hard but zero impact. I’d rather do more of these than work 5 minutes on my lousy jump rope skills…
