    funny you didn’t see it coming…because I saw it coming. Maybe because it happened to me too.
    My husband asked me during our expedition in Alaska, in the middle of winter, in the middle of nowhere . We were on our own for 15 days with sled dogs, and when we arrived at the top of the mountain , he took a little box out of his pocket !
    You seem to be a winning couple , made for each other. May this last for as long as possible <3

    Hi Zuzka,

    I’ve subscribed to your channel early this year. I love the workouts and the constant motivation you provide us through.

    I have a 9-5 job in front of the computer and I’m struggling to activate my glute muscles. I did HIIT training, boot camps and a little bit of crossfitness. My quads look good but when it comes to my butt, the gluteus they are saggy and not toned like the rest of my body. Could you please please suggest how I can reach my goal of having a nice tight lifted butt.

      Try her “Lifted Butt Series” or her 5-minute workouts for butt, and if you are short on time try kettle bell swings. She has a few kettle bell series that are great for butt.

      I have a similar body type and struggle with the same thing–my butt is just naturally kind of flat and not what I’d like it to be, so I’ve really been focusing on developing my glutes recently, and I’ve actually seen some progress. Here’s what’s been working for me: I do 100 kb swings almost every day (with 45 lb beast), and I also often include power band work that targets the butt and not the legs as much, like kneeling heel raises and abductions. I also do weighted bridges for the same reason, with 35 pounds. I try to do at least 2-3 lifted butt series workouts each week, often in addition to a cardio routine or an upper body/abs routine. I’ve been doing this for a few months, and while I don’t think I”ll ever have one of those awesomely rounded and large booties, I’m going to keep working on it, and it’s definitely made my butt noticeably firmer, more lifted, and even a tiny bit bigger.
