2. Weighted Side slide lunge / heel elevated sumo squat x 5/5

3. Double under / jump jack x 20

4. Wall plank mountain climbers (x3) / one leg elevated jump lunge x 3 / x 6 sets

    Yep! Liked it alot. I knew i would as i am enjoying the wall work intensity and gives me some upside down practice for handstands. I did 2 rounds as i feel a second round is more graceful for me as it is in my brain already. i did this after a slider core focused workout of 20 minutes and ended with pure stretching from essentrics. I am trying to be careful with extreme back bend stretching etc. until i go to doctor and figure out what we will do about cyst.
