    Hi Zu…I remember I did this workout at my mom´s place but I did not write my score…I remember more or less…anyways I will do it again to write the score properly. I am back but feeling very lazy to do workouts nowadays…kinda of feeling bored with the workouts…dont know…anyways let us see if I can push myself to workout hard everyday like I used to do. Nowadays the Yoga practice is consuming all my energy and time also. See you all, take care.
