Fitness Level: All Levels

Equipment: medium size kettlebell (mine is 26lbs), exercise mat

Workout Breakdown

Time Challenge – try to complete in 5 minutes

  1. KB Squat/ballerina/knee up twist x 10
  2. Side lunge / ballerina side lunge x 10/10
  3. KB kneeling overhead hip lift / push up x 8
  4. Plank knee tuck side kick x 10/10

    It’s amazing how much love you can have for a stranger you only know through a screen because they helped you change your life you couldn’t believe possible..bursting with happiness for you guys!! You’re happiness is contagious and you definitely don’t need a shiny ring to show that you’re glowing all over more than we’ve ever saw you through this same screen!! You totally deserve it.     Made this one a 12 minute and loved it!! I had to jump the feet forward from the push ups, because with a smooth wood floor, I just dragged the mat with my feet 😛 But that’s ok, it gave me a little cardio boost.

    Congratulations Zuzka!!! Wishing you both all the happiness and joy in the world. Today (Saturday), is my day off but I will be incorporating this workout with my Sunday counting. I’m soooooo happy you’re bringing back the LBS series. Looking forward to see what you have in store for my butt. : )
