For this routine you’re going to need your foam roller. If you’re wondering what foam roller you should get for your home workouts and deep tissue massages, here’s a perfectly good 36inch foam roller you can buy online. As you can see these are quite inexpensive, but offer a lot of benefits. I use my foam roller a lot – especially after hard workouts to prevent any muscle soreness, stiffness and mobility issues. If you want to get more flexible, try to massage your muscles before you stretch them – you’ll notice a big difference.
