This is just a bonus workout, make sure to do your ZGYM training first. You will be nicely warmed up and your muscles will benefit from this deep tissue massage session.

For this routine you’re going to need your foam roller. If you’re wondering what foam roller you should get for your home workouts and deep tissue massages, here’s a perfectly good 36inch foam roller you can buy online. As you can see these are quite inexpensive, but offer a lot of benefits. I use my foam roller a lot – especially after hard workouts to prevent any muscle soreness, stiffness and mobility issues. If you want to get more flexible, try to massage your muscles before you stretch them – you’ll notice a big difference.
