This workout is really going to put your abs on fire and give you the extra benefit of super focused core work. Fridays are usually my easier days so I try to give my body more rest, but core focused workouts like this one are perfectly fine and you can even repeat it 2 or 3 more times if you feel like it. Your abs are not such a large muscle group so you can work them daily, because the recovery doesn’t  take too long. You can also choose to do this workout and add some Power Yoga on top. It’s really up to you. Tomorrow we’re going to hit it hard again in the ZGYM!!

25/5 sec intervals – 2 rounds

1. Plank Knee tuck / plank jack

2. Foot taps sit up

3. Criss Cross Mountain Climbers

4. knee tuck sit up elbow strike alt.

5. Plank Heel Touch/ Toe Touch/ plank jump

    Hi Zu and friends…I was thinking if I would do this one today or keep it for Sunday. As I will be back home on Sunday, I did it today but…:O hahaha again I ate carbo (waffles) with sweet milk cream and man…my stomach is soo heavy. I can feel clearly the change in my energy levels if I eat carbo. It is amazing…I am doing the workouts but there is no stamina, just feeling the body heavy and slow! Good I will be back home soon! Missing my light low carbo food. Workout was very nice! Really nice combos, I am saving it as favorite. I did not count the reps properly but I guess I did something around 110 reps-2 rounds.     I did 5 min #74, #75 and #76 in a row.
    I’m dying!!!!!!!! Covered in sweat but feeling awesome! These workouts are amazing!

    Dear Z-Gym community: I have reached my goal weight several times but struggled to maintain it. I believe this is due to my body striving to maintain baseline which it has attached to a particular weight. In your Experience is there an amount of time it takes to shift your body’s baseline to a new baseline weight? Thanks so much!

    Hi, Zuzka~ I have just bought the book on Amazon~ but I cannot find where can I buy the DVDs on the website. In addition, I have a question: Are the WEM for those 5 minutes workouts? Or those only for the 15 minutes workouts. Besides, are those for the beginner workout?

    I just did this again after 12 minute workout #4. This workout is so tough, I have a hard time keeping my legs off the ground like Z! I will use it as an AB burnout often!
