This workout is really going to put your abs on fire and give you the extra benefit of super focused core work. Fridays are usually my easier days so I try to give my body more rest, but core focused workouts like this one are perfectly fine and you can even repeat it 2 or 3 more times if you feel like it. Your abs are not such a large muscle group so you can work them daily, because the recovery doesn’t take too long. You can also choose to do this workout and add some Power Yoga on top. It’s really up to you. Tomorrow we’re going to hit it hard again in the ZGYM!!
Workout Breakdown
25/5 sec intervals – 2 rounds
1. Plank Knee tuck / plank jack
2. Foot taps sit up
3. Criss Cross Mountain Climbers
4. knee tuck sit up elbow strike alt.
5. Plank Heel Touch/ Toe Touch/ plank jump
