This is the workout I did on our trip to Montreal last weekend. We were really busy and tired for the most part. As you can see in the video Jesse passed out on the bed while I decided to do a quick routine just to get my blood flowing and to get energized. There are two ways you can get your energy back, either by having a nap or by doing a quick workout. I prefer to have a nap if it’s an option (who doesn’t?), but when I’m really busy Β and need to keep working, then workout is a better choice. It works every time. If you ever feel like falling asleep by your desk, try to do 20 burpees and you’ll see how much your energy can change. Have fun and stay active wherever you are! XO Z

I am getting stronger and getting my arm balance challenges done. Awesomeness, it feels great to be back in a positive fitness mind.

The one leg pike press was TOUGH! Homework done as well, I don’t seem to feel the clams too much, wonder if I’m doing them wrong somehow?
And don’t lie Jesse was tired from the trip, you probably got him to do 15 minutes of burpees before the video xD!! Saying that it would be fun if you did a workout with both of you in there, maybe a one time couples workout? πŸ˜€

Another great 5min workout! Just thinking, it would be great to have all the ‘hotel room’ series accessible in 1 location. BTW – I found a super lightweight yoga mat that’s great for travelling, bought it for under $5 at Target! But what a great idea for hotels to supply them!!

Hope you enjoyed your visit to Montreal! I used to live there, love that city!!

Loved the workout!!! I actually subscribed to you when gym going fell apart with my traveling job…YOU have kept me consistent again for the first time since I started my position on the road! πŸ™‚ I love the 15 min fat burning series because I can do it in any hotel even if the fitness room sucks ..and if my room is in the first floor I don’t even have to leave the room πŸ™‚ the last exercise was tough!! Definitely one I will do when I travel. (Lifted butt series homework done!)

Did 3 rounds, some band assisted pull ups mixed with some other back exercises, then homework. I did the sumo squats/air squats with a infinity band around my legs. My butt was on FIRE! Yahoo! πŸ™‚ Does anyone else use those? I love them! πŸ™‚

I have regular exercise bands and love using them, I actually added some band walks after the clams yesterday! πŸ˜€

I love mini bands (10″ length) just about the knee for glute bridges, goblet squats, and side stepping trying to keep your knees apart really ups intensity for the booty.

The pull up bands are amazing, someday I won’t need them but they are really motivating feeling my muscles improve.

Your a nice sister! I had a mole removed for biopsy a few years ago and it turned out it was caught so early nothing came of it. I hope the same will happen for your sister! So sorry for your bad week. I’ll do an extra set of Glute bridges in support of your sister and a happy outcome! πŸ™‚

So did I – I had a mole removed for biopsy in 2008 and it turned out we caught it early enough. I wish long and active life to you, Tanya, to you and your sister, Erin Sul, to every one of you, Z warriors, and last but not least – to you, Zuzka! You are our Fairy heallth!
This was the hardest 5 Minute Workout I’ve ever done, but I love it and I did it three times. I love you, Z, and I love all of you, warriors!
