This is a very easy workout, that everyone can do regardless of their fitness level. All you need is an exercise mat and 5 minutes of your time. I felt a nice burn despite the fact that I didn’t even have to stand up!
You can repeat this circuit one or two more times, or you can pick any one or two of my other 5 minute workouts to get at least 10 – 15 minutes in. You can also split them across the day and do the 5 minute routines here and there, whenever you get the time and mood for it. No need to push yourself too hard today, because tomorrow we’re going to do another hard workout in the ZGYM and your body needs to take it easier on some days.
Workout Breakdown
1. One leg hip raises – left leg
2. One leg hip raises – right leg
3. Hip raises on your toes
4. Crossed leg hip raises – left leg
5. Crossed leg hip raises – right leg
6. Plank heel raises – left leg
7. Plank heel raises – right leg
8. Laying leg circles – left leg
9. Laying leg circles – right leg
10. Hip raise/ knees in & out

Each exercise is 30 seconds long, and there are no breaks in between. Just go straight through the circuit.

This workout was FUN! I want to have my cheat meal tonight, though, so I did 2 rounds now off to do my eliptical 5 min-interval X 3 rounds with kettle swings in between. I love incorporating Z’s workouts with my traditional training to switch it up. Happy Friday everyone! 😀

I almost gave in to my emotional eating craving. I ate dinner but felt sad and stressed. Instead I “played it out” and thought it better to do this and #39 instead . 🙂

Ok, here are my amazing workouts, I really kilecthis night of trains! 🙂
5 minutes workout # 40, I did two times or ten minutes, great exercises! Only had a little problem with “cross leg right” I felt pain inside the joint knee (last year broke my up fibula) when I bent it, but despite that, I did it but I had to change, my knee position, a little..
Then I did Summmer Shred # 5X in 12:30 minutes, and last time was in 12:09 minutes 🙁 hahhaha! Don’t care, next time I will do in 12:00, 😀
then, I did 5 minutes workout # 18, absolutely love this KB wo ! <3 I never do it before. I did 2 full rounds + # 1 + # 2 !
And for finish, I did 5 minutes of Abs, 50/10; 5 differents exercises : Ab splitters, side plank lift R. , side plank lift L. , V-sit ups with KB twist both side (count one 🙂 ) I felt like Zu 😀 , and the last exercise was elbow plank hold!

chtěla jsem se zeptat. Za jak dlouho se Ti povedlo vypracovat se do tak skvělé formy? Cvičím již několik měsíců, ale pořád se mi nedaří zformovat bříško. 🙁 Jak často bych ho měla cvičit?

Ahoj Petro, pokud cvicis denne a mixujes intenzivni cviceni (aspon 3x tydne) s lehcim, a nevidis velky rozdil, tak je to ve strave. Mozna jis hodne sacharidu. Go through my Nutrition Guide to see what I’ve been eating to stay lean and fit.
