Aren’t you happy it’s Friday?? I couldn’t seriously do a longer workout today. We’ve been moving to our new home since the 15th and for the past 2 days we’ve been cleaning the old house and making sure everything is in order. I think we’ll be recovering from the move for the entire weekend. It’s good to do a short workout just to get the blood flowing and get some energy tho. The Keto diet has helped me to stay sane and keep a good sustainable energy, however I am going to bail out tonight, because all I can think of is wine and crackers. I’m not even ashamed to admit that I need a glass or two (or three) to celebrate that the craziness around the move is over. I’m also looking forward to eat a whole bunch of cherries that I’ve been drooling over in the store like a drug addict every time we went there.
Btw, how is your arm balance practice going? Are you ready for a new challenge on Sunday? I’m wondering because I’m seeing great progress and I haven’t been even doing the full arm balance workouts every day. I feel pretty confident that I will be able to go from Crow to Headstand and back to Crow fluently. We have two more days to get better! XO Z

Hi Zuzka…you have all rights to drink wine and eat whatever you want…you deserve it but I would eat surely chocolate instead of cherries…:) hahaha…I am not doing this workout today because I have a Muay Thai class this morning. I am feeling my shoulder blades and upper back sore so I will do it tomorrow and I will focus on Arm Balance practice this evening! So see you and have a great weekend!

Added this one to my favorites. I did this twice with 5 minute #35 (abs) in between. With all three I burned 241 calories. Enjoy your wine and cherries π

Can’t wait to do it today! I bailed on Benchmark yday Rach!!! I was super tired for some reason after coming home from work and I decided to skip it so I dont end up disappointed with the result. I think I will do it today along with this 5min one. π Did u do it? How are you? Hope all is well. ββοΈπ

Yes I did it, but I seriously thought about picking a workout that I enjoy instead, especially half way in to round 1. But I managed to get through it and beat my best by a little bit. I really didn’t have any expectations for it since I really did not want to do it AND I was sore. So even if I had a terrible result I wouldn’t be disappointed, but proud that I did it anyway! If you decide to do it good luck and just be happy to get through it and move on π

By the way I got a question: if I wish to hold on my subscription for a couple of months, can I still have access to all the previous WO I paid for or do I lost all access to your website ??
I wish you could also do a total 4 weeks program (or more), including daily workouts and diet menus (for meat eaters, vegetarians and why not vegans with the shopping list and recipes for exact serves). Indeed, your recipes are nice, but it is not really helping with the proportion (even with hand size portion) and sometimes, it would be great to have all the exact indication of what we should need to follow at least week by week, to make food shopping and get organized with our meal plan.
Furthermore, I wish you could post more vlogs and inspirational videos

Definitely the WORST part of moving is the cleaning of the old digs!! A person is so ready to be in the new place and having to clean the former is always so tedious to me(especially since I feel the need to pre-clean the new place before everything is in there)!! So glad you have got moved. You were right about the soreness/bruises on the arms from the arm balancing. Think I have to give myself the day(or 2) off so I am ready for the next one. Got the headstand already actually, but have yet to master a controlled crow! It takes EVERYTHING I have to get my head off the ground and back in a semi-crow. I say “semi” because I can’t hold it. Enjoy your wine!!

Zuzka!!! I repeated this wo 3X and each time I improved it. I used 25lb KB.
1: 3R + 6 hl push up knee tuck + 1 one arm KB
2: 4R
3: 4R+ 5 hl push up knee tuck

Really great workout again! Marked as a favorite! π I did 10 rounds to make it 15 min workout before eating some yummy brown rice wok dish for late lunch π In the early morning I also did Summer shred #3X and 5 min #29… now I feel nicely energized… yesterday I was useless after the morning benchmark, so this was nice recovery Friday π Happy weekend to all Zgymers! π
