Have you ever done a workout in your bikini? It actually feels really good 🙂 Especially this one, where we don’t move that much. It’s a super easy routine, that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. My thighs are still a little bit sore after the 15 Minute Fat Burn we did yesterday, so this is exactly what I needed for my muscle recovery. How about you? How are you feeling? Do you ever get sore as a result of your training? What do you do to feel better?

    This is 25 sec and 5 sec rest? Or each exercises by 30 sec without rest?

    “Do you ever get sore as a result of your training?”…you are kidding, right?
    I am always sore. If I don’t feel sore, I have the impression I didn’t workout!
    I don’t want to feel “broken” anymore, as back in the days where I had no condition and you give 100% and they you can’t walk for 3 days.
    I want a light soreness, as in ” I am improving, but can get going”

      LAILA B I am with you on that one. In the past I would be stuck in strange postures for a few days and have really REALLY sore muscles. Since I started doing Zuzka’s workouts daily and including warm up and cool down in every workout I only feel a gentle bit of soreness, consistently also :p It is an assuring kind of soreness. Swimming is one that makes it feel better for me. X

      I know right! I feel like I am always somewhat sore, but the past few weeks have been particularly bad. The workout schedule was set up for us doing 5 intense workouts in a row, I was really felling it on that 5th day!

      Same here..I am sore all the time…especially when Jump Lunges are involved. And I Train in a Bikini most of the times…I dont care how it Looks 😉

    somehow i am unable to play your new workouts fron the last two weeks on my ipad anymore. android phone is still fine and all the older workouts as well. it always says that this process is not supported. 🙁 did you change the format or anything? (this YT video is of course fine, only the zgym videos)

        Hi Rachel, Thanks a Lot for your reply! I tried it but still does Not work on my Super Old iPad. The Hubs suspects that Video Might have changed something. Will Write to zuzkas Support email. Thanks again for your help! 🙂

    I am always at least a little sore!
    But it changed a lot compared to the beginning, when I started to train. Now, it’s more manageable; also, I’m rarely sore from glutes & quads, it changed to soreness in shoulders, lats, traps… Those are now my weakest link I guess.
    I also feel like I did not get a workout if I’m not at least a little sore.
    But I don’t like to train when I’m too sore, so I can’t follow an exact schedule.

    Hi Zu…easy day workout is done! I did 3 rounds…I do not feel muscles soreness frequently. Sometimes I feel back of my legs after an intense KB workout for legs but front muscles or tights I never feel them sore. Also arms if I do a lot of push-ups I feel my triceps. But it is little pain, totally bearable and it disappear immediately after one day. Normally I apply balms just after hot shower and pain reduces till it disappear completely on next day.     Hi Zu, I forgot to say two things: 1-links are not available to click on side bar menu, neither on view full schedule posting…we can just click in the workout in main page, other places links are not there…2-your body is AMAZING! What a nice shape…congratulations! Really nice to look at your body in bikini…well done! 🙂
