Did you ever notice the similarities between dogs and their owners? I think that Charlie and I do look like we belong together. He’s been my family for over 8 years and watched hundreds of my workouts 🙂 If I could recommend anything else for your active living, besides regular exercise and healthy diet, it would be adopting a dog. He’ll lift your spirit and your ass off the couch. He’ll be your best buddy for hiking, running, swimming, and watching movies. Seriously, I could not imagine my life without him (and Santino, Coco, and Gypsy).

I hope you’ll have fun with today’s workout and take your best friend for a long walk, hike or at least a short run afterwards! 😉

    i totally agree with you 😉 dogs are wonderful! where are your other dogs (cause you only mentioned 4 of them incl. Charlie)?

    THis was GREAT 5 minute workout! I did it two times through and then did my butt bonus. I’m sweating a ton! Nothing like efficiency with time and workouts.

    Hi guys I’m new here and see you work out daily with 2+ workouts a day.im wondering don’t you need a day off? (I’m not new to zuzka workouts I did them before I joined the zgym) I injured my right shoulder last summer by working out every day but reasoned that I didn’t apply the order of workouts right…I was in phenomenal shape in terms of size and strength…I want to get my strength back and practice till I master pull ups and back flips but am afraid of injury. Any tips?

    That s so true! I often noticed similarities in the appareance or the walk ! It s funny ! I miss my dog and would like to adopt another one but i am all day at work and i dont know if the dog could be happy… Anyway … This workout sounds great ! 😊

    Awwww! I love seeing pictures of your beautiful fur-babies! I’ve always loved looking at similarities between pets and their owners. I can see the resemblance! 😀 And if nothing else, I think the personalities tend to pick up similarities over the years! I lost my buddy of almost 15 years in February (a Jack Russell, Enzo…the little guy on my profile pic) and I still miss my buddy over half a year later. What a character! I don’t know if we looked alike or not…but I could see some personality matches there! 😉 Sadly, my husband is very allergic to dogs (even the hypoallergenic ones), so it’s only cats for us from here on out. 🙁

      The 5 minutes are posted on youtube, so a different video player. Maybe try opening it straight from Zuzka’s youtube channel?:D

    I wish I could do the workouts with jumping, but I’m on the second floor of my apartment building so I can only do the workouts that don’t involve jumping. 🙁 Any tips or replacements would be helpful!
