I know that not all of you probably want to do anything right after Thanksgiving, but trust me, when I say that a short workout like this will make you feel better. This routine is really fast moving and it’s over before you even know it. Don’t skip a day, don’t talk yourself out of it. Let’s do this!

I really suggest that you have the names of the exercises in front of you and maybe watch the workout first before you do it so that you’re not lost. You won’t have time trying to figure out what is the next exercise while you’re trying to move full speed through it.

 

Warm Up Routine

Workout Breakdown

25/5 sec each interval

1. Triple Goblet

2. Knee hugs

3. Backward lunge pass under alt.

4. Jump Lunge kick up

5. Suitcase squat to pass under

6. Side to side quick squats

7. one arm Swing alt.

8. Side jump lunge

9. Pass Under Elbow Strike

10. Laying hip Raises (bridge)

    I liked this one a lot. I did it as a buy in with jrckx 2 as black Diamond 2. But I left out the buy in and buy out of jrckx. It was perfect and started my day the way I needed it. Hope u had a great thanksgiving everyone! 4 weeks til Christmas ahhh!

    I totally dug this workout. Did it 3 times. It was fun. Used my 25 lbs kettlebell. I actually also did the Black Diamond #2 workout after…So a total of 27 minutes of working out. Sounds reasonable for after Thanksgiving…

    Zuzka, I have to say, you are a natural beauty, and though I support whatever look you choose to sport, you look especially beautiful with less makeup. You have naturally beautiful eyes. 🙂

    AND, that is the coolest hat ever.

    zuzka ate to much pie what workout do u recomend for me after a day of over eating help bc i really want to work this pie off
