I felt like doing something little bit different today and I wanted to have more fun so I came up with this crazy exercise combo. How many times can you repeat the combo within 5 minutes? Challenge yourself and try to beat my score! If you don’t care about the thrill of competition, do it to burn a lot of extra calories, or for better looking skin or for whatever floats your boat. Exercise has so many benefits, I’m sure you can find a reason. Love, love, love 🙂 Z.

    Woohoo, i did thid one just as soon as this w/o arrived straight from the oven:)) This was an extra one that i needed badly after so many holiday food and drinks i’ve had. It was good right after completed bunny slope #0 with 10kg KB and 7 kg DB:). These just perfect for my muscles rcovery as i’ve been sore from 1/2 round of the lifted butt series #11, it was so hard and am still sore after 2 days. willl try to complete the w/o after recovered.
    This 5 mins is definitely a fun one to do anytime when bored anywhere:))

        How did you count the reps? It says 9 rounds plus 2 push ups equals 30 reps… If I count every single rep per round, I get 11 reps/round…

          I also don’t know how to count the reps. I thought one round was 11 reps, so why does Zuzka has 30 reps if she did 11 rounds?

            I’m also confused about this. I got through 5 rounds, but I have no idea how to count the reps for the progress tracker. :/

              Just split every exercise from combo. It’ll become like any of workout:
              1) Ankle crossed push ups (x2)
              2) Clapping Push up (x1)
              3) Donkey kick (x1)
              4) Rock star jump (x1)
              5) Jump lunges (x4)
              6) Half burpee to martelo kick (x 2)
              That’s it. 🙂
              Now count every reps for total result.

                So it would come out to 11 reps per round? …Obviously, math is not my strong suit. haha… Does that just mean the listed reps for Zuzka are lower than what she actually did?

          wow I totally messed up the count. I have no idea how did I come up with 30 reps 🙂 it’s 110. Every push up, every jump counts as one rep.

    Ouf that was a super fun combo! I completed 9 rounds and I just had finished the jump lunges. So close to complete 10 rounds 🙊 Next time 😉

    Fun! I had to improvise because my shoulder is very sore from kettlebell, pull-ups and tennis. i subbed in ab splits for the push-up sequence and managed 11 full rounds, which I counted as 55 reps (i counted each exercise between the / as a rep). The donkey kicks are one of my favourite exercises, I always feel so strong when I do them! Thanks and have a lovely weekend.

    I’m sometimes not keen on long sequences but loved this one, it flowed really well! Clapping push-ups were hard by the end! Followed Z’s pace. Now on to 100 KB swing homework 🙂

      Zuzka, I’m a bit confused. You did 9 R+ 2=101 but is written 30 reps???

        I think because the combo moves count as one? like the 2 cross ankle pushups count as one rep, the 4 jump lunges count as one, the half burpee with two kicks count as one? That seems to be the only way it could make sense..not sure
