Hey guys, I would like to dedicate today’s workout to Magda, our ZGYM buddy, who is now in a hospital and going through some tough times. She’s someone who loves to workout and loves a challenge and it’s heartbreaking to read her comments about her body giving her such a hard time. Remember Magda, it’s mind over matter and we are all thinking of you and wishing you to get better very soon. I know you’ll send me soon another picture of you doing some crazy exercise and motivate us all once again!!

    I followed Nadia’s schedule today and did Cardio Shred #20. Wow, i love that one! I warmed up with band work and added 10 jumplunges/10 kb swings=4 sets that was in LB #18. I also practiced pull ups and the jump wall plank. I still can not do a pull up with out assistance and it is driving me crazy. I thought i would be able to do one by now. I have gotten do much stronger in other areas though and i still get a workout practicing them, but come on, how long does this take?

    I accidentally posted this comment in last week’s 5 min workout # 63…oops

    This was rockin’! I was a little slow, waking up in the morning. Did 1 round, all of #1 and #2.

    I followed this by last week’s rockin’ 5 min workout and also [20 KB pendulums + 20 regular KB swings]x3=120 total swings with the 45 lbs. KB

    I also went on a refreshing jog on West Cliff Ave, here in Santa Cruz, in the rain. I love running in the rain. I don’t run as often as I used to, but I just had to. It is so wonderful to run in the refreshing cool rain with the spectacular ocean at my side….I also got a lot of honks and vehicles slowing down and whistles. Thank you, Lifted Butt series.

    Hi Zu… I could not leave this workout to do another day, it is 21:50 and I just finished it. I did MT training today and walked a lot for shopping but somehow I was quite fresh to do this workout now! 🙂 I did one M burpee and did 2 full rounds in 5:20 (with 10 reps alt of last exercise). I loved the tip toe burpees…they are so much easier and nice to do. Cute workout! Score below, see you all, take care.

    1st time- 04th Mar 2016-2 rounds-5:20 (10 reps alt of exercise 3).

    this was good! for the 2nd time through it I had to switch to regular push ups and straight-up jumps on my toes (not 180). Thank you <3

    Was able to complete 2 rounds within the 5 minutes. Tippy-toes Bombers were very fun and sumo squat jump side bend was SUPER hard on my legs because I held and isometric squat for the entire time (even though I did a small jump, of course) 🙂
