Hey guys,
Today’s workout is focusing on upper body and abs and I want you to give it a try and not get discouraged by the first exercise. Watch the beginning of the video to see the easier modification for the dynamic push up and don’t be afraid to give it a try. I’ve been thinking today how awesome it is to see how many women of all ages are now interested in fitness and getting strong. It wasn’t like this when I was growing up, and I’m glad that we now know that age is just a number and that it’s never too late to become a strong, and confident woman. Hiya , I’m 38 years old with 2 kids. I’m training with zuzka 3 years and I’m in best shape of my life. Before that I couldn’t do even single push up, well now I can do 10x alt 1-arm push ups yeah. So people don’t hesitate even a minute and start working out with Zu, she is the best and she will bring the best out of you. You will love it.

I turned 34 a little over a month ago and I am a fellow Czech like Zuz π I love working out! It’s been I think 4-5 years working out with Zuzka and it’s been great. I have been into sports since the age of 8 though, played competitive tennis for abt 15 years, so working out for me is my daily pleasure! π

Hi!!! Cristina here from Rome. I’m 45 and I’m following Zuzka since last year. I enjoy my Zuzka workouts every single day and i have a really great pleasure every time I try a new one. At my gym a lot of people called me Cyborg π because of the very funny workouts Zuzka gives us.

Ahoj, I am from Czech and in autum I have celebrate exact 30 years. I wourk out every day with Zuzka about 8-9 years and it is my life. I feel great and canΒ΄t stop loving it. π I think that Zuzka should start to prepare work outs for pregnant women. π It is time for her either. π

I’m over 30, started working out daily with Zuzka in 2012 and never felt better in my life!
I was never able to do some exercises like push ups, I never had abs.
Now my boyfriend thinks I’m crazy and that is incredible I can do a routine like these intense 5 mins workouts. π

I am 33 and I follow your WO since 2009. Before that i used to train at the gym and lift weight but i had big health problem and i had to change my type of training and stop lifting weights and that s how i went to follow your WO that are keeping me in a good shape for years now ! You helped me so much to regain strengh and health !

I’m 32 this year, and have 3 boys, and I have been exercising with Zuzka before the ZWOW’s started. I do appreciate this is a more family friendly site, and can put the video on the TV while I do it!! All 3 of our munchkins do competition burpees, tuck jumps, etc to earn their ‘screen’ time. I really do enjoy exercising, it makes me feel strong and capable, especially the more complex movements. Love the ZGYM!

Good morning!!
I’ve been working out with Zuzka for almost 6 years now, I am 53 and have never felt better. My mental, physical, and spiritual health are at the best I’ve ever experienced.
We are all so busy these days and these workouts are able to be done without taking a huge amount of time.

Sheri/Zuska! I’m 50 and have been following Zuska since Bodyrock days….I too am experiencing great results and no one believes me when asked how old I am. My Dr was just floored and thought my birthdate year was a typo…..uh no…it’s due to great stamina and increased strength and confidence in my fitness abilities that give me this edge. It’s a lot of work and a commitment to strict diet that has made this to happen!!!! So grateful!!! Thank you Z!!

Karen. This has also helped me through the wonderful time of life……..menopause. For me there were many changes in my mental and physical. I know without good nutrition and excerise I wouldve been a mess.
I try to share this with as many women that will listen. I’m sure my co-workers are tired of hearing me say fitness and nutrition can change your life for the better.

Thank you Sheri….yes that may lie ahead soon…hopefully I can avert most of those symptoms as well. So far not noticing anything troubling…have had so much stamina and amazing feeling of well being….it’s like a drug! Oxytocin rules!!! The women I work with all have been in menopause for years and are much younger than me. They don’t exercise at all and their nutrition is really really poor. I just try to set an example and show them what really works!!

I just turned 48 and am feeling amazing. My Mom is 90 and has always been a yoga enthusiast and walker in her later years so I had a good example. Still, when I was in high school i was the only girl in our physical education class and felt so sad about it. Today it is very different and women have taken over! There’s so much confidence that comes with physical strength and ability, along with good health. I love that this forum is full of women who are like that! And thanks Zuzka for the guidance, I always wanted to be strong. I was always fit and fast but could never do the strength exercises. Now I can. Yay!
BTW, the dynamic push-ups are awesome!

Hi! I Love Zuzka!! So glad to have found her- I’m 51 with grown kids and a grandchild. I feel SO great, like I’m 30 again!! I started doing these workouts with zuzka so I could break out of the mindset that ” oh well – I’m getting old- I can’t look good anymore “. I am so shocked at what my body CAN do now!! I am able to do 5 chin ups and about 50 push ups!! My kids are so proud of their strong and energetic mom. Thank you zuzka!
