Hey guys,

Today’s workout is focusing on upper body and abs and I want you to give it a try and not get discouraged by the first exercise. Watch the beginning of the video to see the easier modification for the dynamic push up and don’t be afraid to give it a try. I’ve been thinking today how awesome it is to see how many women of all ages are now interested in fitness and getting strong. It wasn’t like this when I was growing up, and I’m glad that we now know that age is just a number and that it’s never too late to become a strong, and confident woman. If you’ve been working out with me for a while and you’re over 30 please leave me a comment below and let everyone know how much you love your training. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one over 30 that has fun working out 🙂

1. Dynamic Push Ups on yoga blocks x 5

2. Bicycle Toe Touch x 10

3. Side Plank lift (x2) to plank side knee tuck / plank side kick x 5/5

1 round is 25 reps. I did 2 rounds and 1 rep of the first exercise.

    Hi Zuzka! I am 31 y/o and have been working out with you daily since January 2015, even though I have discovered you a way before that, maybe already in 2007 or 2008. I have always been a sporty person and I did sports since childhood (competitive figure skating). After I quit, I did a lot of cardio such as running and aerobic classes, but such great results and strength I achieved only with your workouts, they are just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and never boring!! 🙂 Now I am 2nd time pregnant (17 weeks) and I have continued working out daily with just a few modifications in abs exercises. I feel really good, less tired than in my 1st pregnancy, when I really did not work out, and I can still do all challenging exercises and crazy combos! Only thing what I really want to work on is to be able to do a proper pull up. I believe I can one day when I just dedicate a bit more time into practicing. Keep up the great work Zu! 🙂

    I’m 46 and been working out with you since winter 2014. But I love working out, it’s fun. Feel like a super woman.

    I am 42, and had my kids rather late (at 33 and 38) so that gives even more impression that I am younger than my peers. They are out of shape, no strength, no endurance and their kids are nearly adults. So I really feel like being 10 years younger, but actually stronger than in my 20s. I started 5 years ago, right before I go pregnant for the 2nd time (but have paused any workout for several months, still knowing Z’s workout were waiting for me). I was so depressed when she was gone for a while right when I wanted to workout again, it was such a relief to have Zgym coming back.

    I’m 42 have 4 children and have always been to the gym and have been an avid runner. It wasn’t till I started following zuzka that I started getting definition in my arms and abs you just don’t need heavy weights in the gym. Consistent workouts at home really work x

    I’m a bit behind as I’m recovering from a bout of Bali Belly after my holidays! I managed 2 rounds and 4 of the dynamic push-ups with my yoga blocks.

    I’m 45 (46 in 2 months…..yikes!). I’ve followed Zuzka since 2009 and I’m stronger and fitter for it. I have noticed a drop in my strength recently though (very frustrating) and thought I may have been doing a bit too much. Going to follow the schedule more strictly (I tend to do calisthenics/strength stuff, run and more HIIT on top of the schedule). Zuzka seems to be getting so much stronger at the moment too! Awesome!

    I’m 43 and a warrior for about 4 years. I’m addicted to Z: love her enthusiasm, her workout variety, and esp when she isn’t afraid to Admit when a workout was tough for her too! I’m stronger and more fit than ever; I’ve worked out with younger friends and they couldn’t keep up with me. And I look great: last summer my husband and sister both commented I look better in my bikini than the 30 year olds, and my slender sis envied my abs! Yes it’s vain but I’ve worked hard with Z to get this rockin bod and this stamina, and I’m damned proud of it!! I swear that exercise is the fountain of youth, and Z is the BEST guru EVER! Xo to all of the z gym community. We ALL rock.

    Hi! I’ll be 38 next month and I’ve been exercising with Zuzka for about 6 years. No one believes me when I tell them my age, everyone thinks I’m in my late 20’s. Also, everyone finds it hard to believe that I only workout for 15-20 minutes a day. I love the way Zuzka’s workouts make me feel and look!

    I am 34 and have always liked to workout. I am wanting to take it to get more muscles tone now so now focusing more on incorporating weight versus only body weight exercises that I have done in the past.
