    I did this one instead of the “Pot Workout” because I didn’t have a pot heavy enough to stand on or put my weight on. But I love any workout with sliders and ball exercises. The sliders always give me a burn on my abs and challenge me😉. After this I’m going for a run and then eating my big dinner salad!! Happy Friday to all!
